技术领域
本发明涉及荧光灯具座,更具体地说,涉及一种用于荧光灯管的灯具座,所述灯管是那种每一端具有一对平行触头引线(contact pins)的细长玻璃管壳的类型。
背景技术
众所周知,传统荧光固定件包括细长框架,其可以包括集成的反射件。在该框架每一端设置灯具座来接收荧光灯具端部的触头引线(contact pin),该灯具座用来支撑所述灯具并提供电力。灯具座具有顶部,该顶部带一对隔开的灯引线触头以啮合荧光灯具的触头引线;和基部,该基部带有位于基部侧表面的导线开口。在安装过程中,将导线穿过灯具座的导线开口插入,且将该导线电连接到灯具座的灯引线触头,从而向所述灯具提供电力。一个布线灯具座安装到固定件一端,而另一个灯具座安装到固定件另一端。连接到灯具座组件的一部分导线通常暴露在固定件外表面上。现在需要一种荧光灯具座,其连接到导线,但不会将导线暴露到固定件外表面上。
发明内容
根据本发明,提供了一种荧光灯具座,其具有主体,所述主体具有上部和下部,所述下部具有底表面,该底表面具有形成在其中用来接收导体的开口,而所述上部具有用来接收荧光灯具的灯引线的开口。所述灯具座包括导电的灯引线触头,其定位在所述下部中,以使其电连接所接收的导体和所接收的灯引线。根据本发明一个方面,所述灯引线触头包括一对隔开的触头构件,每个所述触头构件具有表面,该表面具有边缘和形成在该边缘上的凹口。在将灯具置于灯具座时,所述灯引线啮合所述凹口时与所述触头构件的边缘接触。根据本发明另一方面,每个所述灯引线触头构件具有表面,该表面具有形成于其中的凹口,且在所述灯具置于所述灯具座中时,所述灯引线平行于所述表面。

具体实施方式
图1示出了本发明第一实施例的荧光灯具座200。该灯具座包括基座202、可旋转的机帽204、机盖206和一对隔开的灯引线触头208。基座202具有一对双导线开口212,其从基座底部210底表面211延伸穿过,用来接收来自电源的一对导线。基座202还具有灯接收部214,其位于基座顶部,用于接收荧光灯具的引线。灯引线触头208每一个具有导线触头端216和灯引线触头端218。每个导线触头端216具有一对隔开的开口222,与来自电源的导线裸端形成电接触。如图1所示,导线触头端可以折叠于自身上,以形成靠近所述开口的夹子,以使该夹子保持被促动穿过所述开口的绝缘导线裸端,从而将电源与灯引线触头208电连接。开口222还可以渐缩,从而形成单向锁止件,允许绝缘导线裸端插入,但防止其抽出,同时与裸导线端电接触。每个灯引线触头端218具有形成在其边缘的凹口220,以啮合荧光灯具两个导电引线的其中之一。
所述基座的灯接收部具有入口狭槽224,其从基座顶部外侧向基座内部延伸;和位于前表面的圆形中部开口226。机盖206具有内圆形壁面234,其与中部开口226对准;和顶部狭槽236;底部狭槽238,其与入口狭槽224对准。机帽204由圆形盘件240形成,尺寸配合中部开口226并与其对准。狭槽242穿过所述盘件延伸,用来接收荧光灯具的引线。机盖204具有位于所述盘件内表面中部的引线224,引线224尺寸确定为旋转配合在圆形壁面234内。肋片250位于所述引线周围,用于在安装荧光灯具过程中旋转机帽204时,将所述灯具引线触头208偏转。
灯引线触头208安装到机盖206内表面,使导线触头端216朝向基座底部210取向,且引线触头端218朝向灯接收部214取向。机盖206覆盖基座202背部,且利用凸片246保持就位,所述凸片与基座内的相应凹口248匹配。一对沟槽230用来将基座202安装到固定件上,该对沟槽形成在基座202每一侧上,位于底部210顶表面213和凸片232之间。可以将灯具座滑入板件切口部来安装该灯具座,以使该切口的边缘配合到沟槽230中,所述边缘由凸片232覆盖(见图2和3)。底表面211,包括导线开口212,因此位于该板件下侧(见图4)。因此从该板件顶侧看不见连接到灯具座的导线。
基座202、机帽204和机盖206用绝缘材料诸如热固性或热塑性材料、酚醛电木等制成。灯引线触头208用导电材料诸如铜、黄铜或类似材料、或它们的组合材料制成。
为了在灯具座200和电源之间形成电连接,导线裸端插入基座底部底表面211中的双开口212其中之一,然后将其促动进入灯引线触头208的相应开口222中(见图5),直到引线触头203与该导线裸端形成电接触并抓紧该导线裸端。应该注意,根据应用场合,第二条导线可以连接到该双开口222中的另一个开口。例如,触头208的双开口222两者将用于多个灯具座的菊花链布线中。电源可以包括标准荧光灯具电力部件,诸如镇流器和起动器,正如本领域技术人员所知的那样。
图5还示出了用于将机盖206固紧到基座202的凸片246的细节。在该实施例中,存在与机盖一体形成的三个凸片,两个靠近机盖顶端,一个靠近底端。图6示出了组装好的灯具座200,其中机帽204中的狭槽242与狭槽224对准,从而接收荧光灯具的引线。
一旦灯具座200布好导线,则布线灯具座将安装到反射件55或其他类似安装件处的固定件50,诸如壳体(见图7A)。在一种实施例中,灯具座200安装到相对较薄的金属板件制成的壳体,所述金属板具有外表面51和内表面52。布线灯具座200滑动安装到板件52一端的开口中,以使该板件支靠在安装沟槽230中。第二灯具座以类似方式安装在该固定件另一端。电源60位于该壳体内侧,其导线61连接到灯具座。在本实施例以及以下说明的其他实施例中,基座底表面211面向固定件50内部,而底表面上的开口212与固定件内部连通。因此,灯具座提供导线连接路径,以使导线从基座底表面211延伸到内部,防止导线暴露到壳体外表面。灯具座因此安装到固定件50外部,而导线61藏在内部。这样提供了许多优势,包括电导线连接改善、外观更吸引人且制造成本降低。
一旦灯具座安装到该固定件,则荧光灯具10就连接到灯具座,如下所述。转动荧光灯具,以使其位于一端的引线定位成一个引线位于另一个之上,所述灯引线制成进入由基座狭槽224和机帽狭槽242形成的沟槽中(还见于图6)。一旦灯引线在该沟槽中对准,则旋转灯具直到每个灯引线进入其相关联的灯引线触头208的凹口220中。从上下通往每个所述凹口的减缩导入部,保证了灯引线进入该凹口。在灯引线进入凹口220的位置时,引线触头端的弹性和形状允许其首先偏转,然后一旦它们支座在关联的凹口220中,则返回来抓紧灯引线。值得注意的是,灯引线触头端218是平坦的,带有形成在其内侧边缘的凹口220(图1和5)。参照图7B,如果沿着S方向旋转灯具10以啮合凹口220中的引线11,则灯具的旋转轴线Z正交于触头端218的平坦表面。贴靠触头208移动的灯引线因此沿着该触头边缘滑动,直到其与凹口220啮合。这有时称为灯引线和灯具座之间的“擦边”接触。
图8-10示出了另一种实施例的荧光灯具座280。灯具座280类似于灯具座200,除了灯具座280仅有一组导线开口282,而灯具座200具有一对双导线开口212。灯具座280与具有两个引线的荧光灯具一起使用,用于机械支撑,但是只有一个引线对于向灯具输送电力来说是必需的。为了收容这种灯具,分流器(shunt)(未示出)横跨灯引线触头放置,以将触头电耦接在一起,从而从单个触头有效提供电力。由于只需要一个触头,所以只需要一组导线开口,另一组导线开口被机盖283闭合,如图10所示。
图11-15示出了本发明另外一种实施例的荧光灯具座300。灯具座300在结构和操作上类似于灯具座200,除了灯具座300的尺寸支持更小的荧光灯具(分别将图13和14与图2和3比较)。灯具座300包括灯引线触头308,并具有双导线开口312,用来导线连接灯引线触头(见图11和12)。如上参照第一实施例所述,灯具座300具有两对双导线开口312。在进一步的实施例中,灯具座380类似于灯具座300,除了灯具座380仅有一组导线开口382。灯具座380与具有两个引线的荧光灯具一起使用,以用于机械支撑,但是只有一个引线对于向灯具输送电力来说是必需的。为了收容这种灯具,分流器(未示出)横跨灯引线触头放置,以将触头电耦接在一起,从而从单个触头有效提供电力。由于只需要一个触头,所以只需要一组导线开口,另一组导线开口被机盖383闭合,如图16所示。
图17是本发明另外一种实施例的灯具座400的分解透视图。灯具座400包括基座402;可旋转的机帽404;灯接收部414和一对隔开的灯引线触头408。基座402具有一对双导线开口412,其延伸穿过用来从电源接收一对导线的底表面411和用来支撑触头408的顶表面413。一对用来安装到固定件的沟槽430形成在基座420每一侧上,位于基座顶表面413和平坦矩形凸片432之间。与灯具座200的弯折凸片232(比较图3)不同,灯具座400的平坦凸片432削减了生产的模制过程中对额外“凸轮系(camming)”的需求。
灯引线触头408每一个具有带一对渐缩开口422的导线触头端416,以与来自电源的导线裸端形成电接触;和带凹口420的引线触头端418,其啮合荧光灯具的两个导电引线其中之一。渐缩开口422用作单向锁止件,允许绝缘导线裸端插入,但防止该导线抽出,同时与裸导线端形成电触头。与上述灯具座200(即其中灯具的灯引线与灯引线触头208的边缘接触)不同,触头408与灯引线在位于触头前表面上的凹口420处接触。因此,置于灯具座400中的荧光灯具使其灯引线平行于触头的前表面,使引线支靠在凹口420中。
灯接收部414具有从灯接收部顶部外侧向其内部延伸的入口狭槽424;和位于前表面上的圆形中部开口426。机帽404由两个隔开的圆形盘件440、441形成,让位于中部的引线部444连接所述盘件。所述盘件的尺寸能使机帽404旋转配合在圆形开口426中。机帽404具有从外盘件外表面延伸穿过的狭槽442,旋转所述机帽以使该狭槽能够与机盖的狭槽424对准,以接收荧光灯具的引线。从引线部444侧部延伸的凸起450适配成与灯引线触头408上的凹口420接触,并且在安装荧光灯具过程中旋转机帽404时(见图19),将灯引线触头408偏转。
每个灯引线触头408的导线触头端416安装到基座顶部,用来接收导线,且引线触头端418延伸到灯接收部414内部,用来接收荧光灯具的引线。灯接收部414固紧到基座402,且由基座上的凸片446保持就位,所述凸片与灯接收部(见图18和19)中相应的凹口448匹配。分流器446安装到所述基座,从而将两个引线408电连接在一起。
灯具座400的部件用类似于上述灯具座200的材料制成。如以上参照灯具座200所说明的那样,灯具座400类似地布线并安装。

Claims (20)

1.一种荧光灯具座,包括:
主体,所述主体具有上部和下部,
所述下部具有底表面,该底表面具有形成于其中用来接收导体的开口,并且
所述上部具有用来接收荧光灯具的灯引线的开口;和
导电的灯引线触头,其定位在所述下部中,以便于其电连接所接收的导体和所接收的灯引线。
2.如权利要求1所述的荧光灯具座,其特征在于,所述灯引线触头包括一对隔开的触头构件,每个所述触头构件具有表面,该表面具有边缘和形成在该边缘上的凹口。

所述机帽可以在第一位置和第二位置之间旋转,其中在所述第一位置时,所述狭槽与所述第一开口对准,以允许所述灯引线通过并进入所述狭槽,而在所述第二位置时,所述狭槽在所述触头构件之间延伸,以允许所述灯引线接触各触头构件。
