发明内容

将第一和第二捻线共同平行地送入针织机,以每2.54厘米7针的针距织成手套。手套的重量为32.9g,单位面积重量为508g/m2,针织厚度(Strickdicke)为1.74mm,具有在纵行和横列上分别具有每厘米4个网眼/线圈(Masche)的网眼密度/线圈密度。

按照DIN EN 388测量类型1的手套的耐切割性。类型1的手套在十次的测量中获得的最低平均切割指标为20.9,这相当于最高的5级性能。所获得的最低单个指标测定为13.1。因此,该手套的耐切割性能可分类到第二高的4级性能。

实施例2
为了制造手套,首先用两步的加捻工艺来生产第一捻线。为此,在第一步中,对两根由金属长丝(纤度均为150dtex)制成的纱线和两根由70%重量的聚乳酸(PLA)短纤维和30%重量的对芳族聚酰胺短纤维构成的短纤维纱(纤度均为200dtex)加捻,其中所述由金属长丝制成的纱线可由Bekaert公司获得,商品名为Bekinox,所述聚乳酸短纤维可由Cargill Dow公司获得,商品名为Ingeo,所述由对芳族聚酰胺制成的短纤维纱可由Teijin Twaron公司获得,商品名为Twaron。随后在第二步中,将所得到的捻线与两根前述类型的加捻的对芳族聚酰胺短纤维纱一起加捻,从而得到第一捻线。

为了制造手套,首先按一步的加捻工艺来制造第一捻线。为此对两根由金属长丝(纤度均为150dtex)制成的纱线和两根由对芳族聚酰胺制成的卷曲变形的长丝纱(纤度均为550dtex)加捻,所述由金属长丝制成的纱线可由Bekaert公司获得,商品名为Bekinox,所述由对芳族聚酰胺制成的长丝纱可由Teijin Twaron公司获得,商品名为Twaron。
为了制造第二捻线,对一根弹性纱线(纤度=78dtex)与一根由对芳族聚酰胺制成的长丝纱(纤度为550dtex)加捻,所述弹性纱线可由Bayer公司获得,商品名为Dorlastan,所述由对芳族聚酰胺制成的长丝纱可由Teijin Twaron公司获得,商品名为Twaron。
将第一和第二捻线共同平行地送入针织机,以每2.54厘米7针的针距织成手套。手套的重量为24.9g,单位面积重量为479g/m2,针织厚度为2.1mm,具有3.5横行/厘米和6.5纵列/厘米的网眼密度。
在以这种方式生产的两只手套上,按照DIN EN388测得至少为14.4的耐切割性。因此,所述手套的耐切割性能分类到第二高的4级性能。
该实施例表明,可以制造出根据本发明制造的、具有4级的耐切割性能的手套,并且其重量仅为24.9g。
实施例4

Claims (19)

1.一种平面构型织物,至少由第一捻线和第二捻线构成,其中第一和第二捻线含有至少一种耐切割纱线作为一种组分,而第二捻线含有一种非耐切割纱线作为其它组分,其特征在于,第二捻线的非耐切割纱线由弹性纤维构成。
2.根据权利要求1的织物,其特征在于,第一和第二捻线含有至少一种短纤维纱作为一种耐切割组分。
3.根据权利要求1或2的织物,其特征在于,短纤维纱由芳香族聚酰胺或平均分子量至少为600000g/mol的聚烯烃构成。
4.根据权利要求1-3中一项或多项的平面构型织物,其特征在于,第一捻线含有至少一种由耐切割材料制成的长丝作为其它组分。
5.根据权利要求4的平面构型织物,其特征在于,所述长丝由钢、陶瓷、玄武岩、铝、铜、黄铜、银、青铜或玻璃构成。
6.根据权利要求1-5中一项或多项的平面构型织物,其特征在于,弹性体纤维是弹性纤维或二烯类弹性纤维。
7.根据权利要求6的平面构型织物,其特征在于,所述弹性体纤维的伸长率为>100至800%。
8.根据权利要求1-7中一项或多项的平面构型织物,其特征在于,第一或第二捻线都不具有皮-芯结构。
9.根据权利要求1-8中一项或多项的平面构型织物,其特征在于,第一捻线由一根钢长丝和一根芳族聚酰胺短纤维纱构成。
10.根据权利要求1-8中一项或多项的平面构型织物,其特征在于,第一捻线由一根钢长丝和两根芳族聚酰胺短纤维纱构成。
11.根据权利要求1-8中一项或多项的平面构型织物,其特征在于,第一捻线由一根钢长丝和四根芳族聚酰胺短纤维纱构成。
12.根据权利要求1-11中一项或多项的平面构型织物,其特征在于,第二捻线由一根弹力纱线和一根芳族聚酰胺短纤维纱构成。
13.根据权利要求1-11中一项或多项的平面构型织物,其特征在于,第二捻线由一根弹力纱线和两根芳族聚酰胺短纤维纱构成。
14.根据权利要求1-13中一项或多项的平面构型织物,其特征在于,第一捻线由两根钢长丝和四根芳族聚酰胺短纤维纱构成,而第二捻线由一根弹力纱线和两根芳族聚酰胺短纤维纱构成。
15.根据权利要求1-14中一项或多项的平面构型织物,其特征在于,在平面构型织物中所述至少第一和第二捻线一起加工。
16.根据权利要求1-15中一项或多项的平面构型织物,其特征在于,对其进行针织、经编针织、编织或织造。
17.根据权利要求1-16中一项或多项的平面构型织物,其特征在于,将所述至少两种捻线按平行布置送入针织机、机织机或编织机中进行加工。
18.含有根据权利要求1-17中一项或多项的平面构型织物的防护服。
19.根据权利要求18的防护服,其形式为手套、围裙、裤子、外套、袖口、圆筒状织物、圆筒状织物护套或抗破坏物品。
