Abstract

多部件套筒
技术领域
本发明涉及权利要求1前序部分的多部件套筒,此套筒具有至少两个相邻设置的套筒容器。
背景技术
这类多部件套筒中的一种已在US5249709A中描述到。两个相邻设置的空心圆柱形套筒容器可以通过销钉连接件互连而插接到一起。为此目的将一相应的连接销和与其适配的接收件设在这两个套筒容器的套筒颈处的横向腹板上。这种连接销与接收件在横向腹板上设置成使得在一个横向腹板上的连接销配合到相应的另一横向腹板上的接收件内。同样,在所述一个套筒容器上设有连接销而在所述另一套筒容器上设有与之配合的接收件,用于在后端将这两个套筒容器连接。这种连接销与相关的接收件被公认应制成锥形以便更好地固定,但是这样的连接方式却较易松脱开。特别是当对这种多部件套筒施加有冲击时,很容易发生两个套筒容器在灌装、存储或加载时分开,从而导致维护问题,或因此而不再能确保与静态混合器的无泻漏连接。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供这样一种上述的多部件套筒,它能简便地制成且可确保套筒容器之间的连接牢靠。
上述目的是由具有权利要求1的特征的多部件套筒实现。本发明的其他有益的改进结构和有利的实施形式则构成了从属权项的主题。
在本发明的多部件套筒中,于上部和/或下部连接件的区域中另设有闭锁器件,用以将两个套筒容器可靠地保持于插接到一起的的状态。当插接到一起后,上述闭锁器件就可防止两个套筒容器发生有害的分离。
在一种易于制造和低成本的实施形式中,此闭锁器件包括排列在两个套筒容器上的相互对应的锁齿装置。这两个相互对应的锁齿装置能够方便地装附到两个套筒容器的盒颈处相互面对的平直侧面上。
上述锁齿装置最好取锯齿排列方式的构型,这些齿沿套筒容器插接到一起时的运动方向观察时具有较平整的前侧和陡降的后侧。于是这两个套筒容器可以简单地插合但不再会分开。
在一种便利的实施形式中,下部连接件构造成沿两套筒容器的纵轴线方向使此两套筒容器插接到一起,而上部连接件构造成沿横切两套筒容器的纵轴线方向使此两套筒容器插接到一起。这样,两个套筒容器便在纵横两个方向上扣紧。
上部连接件最好包括形成于横向腹板一侧上的T形凸头和形成于横向腹板另一侧上与此凸头匹配T形槽。但这种连接件也可构造成另外的适当形式。

具体实施方式
由图1中的前视图概示的多部件套筒包括两个基本上是空心的圆柱形套筒容器1与2,它们通过下面较详细说明的连接件插接到一起。
特别是可从图2看清,这两个套筒容器1与2在其上端各有一套筒颈3或4,分别构成为半圆柱形且各具有横剖面呈新月形的分配口5与6。这两个套筒颈3与4构造成使它们在两个套筒容器1与2插接到一起的状态下形成一个短支柱7,此支柱在俯视图中呈圆形,用于支承一静态混合器或另一种适当的混合器单元。在两个套筒颈3与4的外侧上加工出螺纹8与9,它们在两个套筒容器1与2插接到一起的状态下与一公共外螺纹互补。可以用图中未示明的固定螺母拧合到此外螺纹上,以紧固同样未于图中示明的混合器单元。横向腹板10与11形成在两个套筒颈3与4之上,位于螺纹8与9之下且横向于相应的套筒容器1与2的纵轴线延伸。上部连接件设在这些横向腹板10与11之上用以连接这两个套筒容器1与2。
从图3与4可以看到,所示套筒容器2的上部连接件包括一形成于横向腹板11一侧之上的T形凸头12和形成于横向腹板11另一侧之上与此凸头匹配的T形槽13。在另一套筒容器1的横向腹板10上也设有相应的连接件,以使所述一个套筒容器的T形凸头12在这两个套筒容器1与2插接到一起时配合到相应的另一个套筒容器的T形槽13之内。这样形成了一种横向于套筒容器1与2的纵轴线的滑动连接。
在上部连接件12与13的区域中,于这两个套筒容器1与2上设有一附加闭锁器件14,用以可靠地保持这两个套筒容器1与2处于插合状态。在此所示的实施形式中,闭锁器件14包括相互对应的锁齿装置15,它们排列在套筒颈3与4的相互面对的平直侧面16上。图4中,所示的锁齿装置15设在套筒容器2的套筒颈4处,位于两个连接件12与13之间。在套筒容器1的套筒颈3处则设有相应的锁齿装置15。从图4中可以具体看清,这一锁齿装置15取锯齿排列方式的构型,所述齿沿套筒容器1与2插接到一起时的运动方向观察时具有较平整的前侧21和陡降的后侧17。这两个套筒容器1与2于是可以沿横向于它们纵轴线,在上部区域中简便地插合到一起,但不能再分开。
图5中示明了在套筒容器2上的下部连接件。这些连接件在各个情形下包括一形成在套筒容器1与2侧壁之上且相对这一侧成角度的连接插头18,以及一沿横向与之分开且具有与此连接插头18的外形相匹配的接收口20的接收件19。这里,在另一套筒容器1上同样地设有相应的连接件,使得这两个套筒容器1与2可以在后部区域中沿轴向简便地插接到一起。
为了组装上述的多部件套筒,首先将这两个套筒容器1与2以它们后端处的连接件相互沿轴向推入。然后通过这两个套筒容器之一的旋转运动将T形凸头12引入到相关的T形槽13内。所述锁齿装置15也相互啮合以提供牢靠的插合。
本发明不受上述的与附图所示的实施形式所限。所述锁齿连接件或另外的适当闭锁器件因此不仅能设在上部连接件区域,而且可设在下部连接件区域或可同时设在上部与下部连接件区域中。

Claims (8)

1.多部件套筒,它具有至少两个相邻设置且能通过上部与下部连接件(12,13,18,19)相互连接而使之可插接到一起的套筒容器(1,2),其特征在于:在此上部和/或下部连接件(12,13,18,19)的区域中设有附加闭锁器件(14),用以将这两个套筒容器(1,2)牢靠地保持于此插接到一起的状态,并且闭锁器件(14)包括在套筒容器(1,2)处相互对应的锁齿装置(15),锁齿装置(15)取锯齿排列方式构型,该锁齿装置的齿沿套筒容器(1,2)插接到一起时的运动方向观察时具有较平整的前侧(21)和陡降的后侧(17)。
2.权利要求1的多部件套筒,其特征在于:相互对应的锁齿装置(15)在位于套筒容器(1,2)的套筒颈(3,4)处的相互面对的平直侧面(16)处设置。
3.权利要求1或2的多部件套筒,其特征在于:上部连接件(12,13)构造用来使套筒容器(1,2)沿横向于它们的纵轴线方向插接到一起,而下部连接件(18,19)构造用以使套筒容器(1,2)沿它们的纵轴线方向插接到一起。
4.权利要求1或2的多部件套筒,其特征在于:上部连接件(12,13)包括形成于横向腹板(10,11)一侧上的T形凸头(12)和形成于此横向腹板(10,11)另一侧上与此凸头(12)相匹配的T形槽(13)。
5.权利要求1或2的多部件套筒,其特征在于:下部连接件(18,19)包括形成在套筒容器(1,2)的侧壁处的连接接头(18)以及与之侧向间隔且具有与此连接接头(18)的外形相匹配的接收口(20)的接收件(19)。
6.权利要求1的多部件套筒,其特征在于:套筒容器(1,2)在各个情形下于它们的上端处具有取半圆柱构型的套筒颈(3,4)且各具有分配口(5,6)。
7.权利要求6的多部件套筒,其特征在于:套筒颈(3,4)形成一在平面图中呈圆形的用于混合元件的连接短柱(7)。
8.权利要求6的多部件套筒,其特征在于:在套筒颈(3,4)的外侧面处加工出螺纹(8,9),这些螺纹在所述插接到一起的状态下与一外螺纹互补。
