发明背景
用于流体容器封盖的现有技术在设计及结构上有很多。这些封盖常常要求复杂的模制,零件组装,制造费用高,不能完全地关闭及密封,不提供根据用于分发的手压的可变封盖开口,容易在无意的挤压时开启,和/或外形不利于容易的操作及运送。
美国专利第1,977,227号(1934)的现有技术公开了一种封盖,其中面板分别放置于全截头圆锥体(overall frusto-conical)外形内的模具内,然后用橡胶注入面板的上面和下面以在面板之间形成回弹部分。然后在橡胶内切出开启的切口。面板的截头圆锥体外形处于封盖的关闭位置,且面板不能折叠到平的位置以灵活地操作及运送。从而,橡胶不能折叠到封盖的开启或关闭位置,且面板的侧边总是分离的。这种组合的封盖的其它缺点是劳动强度大且制造昂贵。
另一个现有技术公开于国际公开号为WO 82/01360(1982)的PCT专利中,在内部及外部密封件的重叠层中具有三角形面板的复杂配置,或者这种面板的单个层,但在面板间没有相互连接的连结板或膜片或其它密封装置。在后面的例子中,可靠的密封是不可能的,且无意的挤压时的开启是不可避免的。
其它现有技术公知的封盖具有切口构造或各种其它结构。
发明概述
本发明的目的是提供一种塑料单件容器封盖,其坚固地构造,容易且便宜地制造,不要求装配,功能可靠且有效,完全地关闭及密封,根据使用者的手压而提供可变尺寸的封盖开口,没有无意地开启,且由于其形状的优点便于操作和运送。该封盖将用于分发来自容器的洗剂及各种其它流体产品。
封盖具有用于绕其开口附接于容器的环形套环(collar)。多个叶片(leaflets)通过铰链附接于套环,且多个柔性且可折叠的连结板附接于相邻的叶片对上且在相邻的叶片对之间延伸。单个的叶片是硬的平面部件,且用于叶片的各个铰链是线性的,而不是示于序列号为10/920,941的待审专利申请中的曲线弧。叶片在封盖的关闭位置中在基本上平的水平构造中彼此相邻地延伸,且连结板以褶皱折叠于相邻叶片之下。当容器被挤压以分发产品时,叶片在流体压力的影响下在其铰链处向上枢轴转动。叶片向上枢轴转动时彼此分离,且连结板展开且在分离的叶片之间延伸,以与叶片形成封盖分发开口。

实施例详述
参照图1及图2,所示的塑料封盖10具有环形套环11,用于附接到流体容器(未示出)的容器内分发开口的周围。可以通过例如螺纹12(见图3)、卡扣接头(未示出)、或其它已知的附接机构附接。
多个硬的平面叶片13安置在套环11的顶部,且通过整体的线性铰链14(特别见图5)附接于套环11。示出了八个这种叶片13,但是数量可明显地改变。在封盖10的关闭位置,示于图1、图3、图4及图5的叶片13在基本上平的水平表面上彼此紧贴着延伸。每个叶片13是具有两个长边15的三角形,其向远离与特别的叶片13相联接的铰链14的方向聚集。在封盖10的关闭位置,每个叶片13的长边15位于相邻的叶片13的长边附近。每个叶片13的短边25位于与叶片相联接的直线(线性)铰链13附近。

例如,封盖10将通常附接于可挤压的流体容器。当容器被手动地挤压,待分发的流体的压力推动叶片13从其于图1基本上平的位置到图2的位置,其中各个叶片绕其铰链14向上枢轴转动,且立刻与其相邻的叶片分开。此刻,连结板16已经展开且在叶片13之间伸直而出。由此在封盖10内造成的分发开口17允许流体产品的分发。容器上较小的手压力会产生较小的开口17,且较大的手压力会产生较大的开口。封盖10的开口情况示于图2、图6和图7中,为清楚地说明,其中一个连结板16没有示于图6中。

Claims (9)

6.如权利要求5所述的封盖,其特征在于,所述封盖具有中心轴线,且所述叶片各从其各自的线性铰链径向向内朝向所述中心轴线延伸,且所述罩体具有中心销及环绕表面,用于在关闭罩体时保持所述叶片处在关闭位置,当所述罩体关闭时,所述叶片部件的所述径向最里面部分接触所述销并贴靠所述销密封。
7.如权利要求5所述的封盖,其特征在于,所述整体的铰链是快动作蝴蝶结铰链。
8.一种形成用于流体容器的塑料封盖的方法,所述封盖具有环形套环、多个叶片、多个柔性并可折叠的连结板、以及罩体,包括:模制所述封盖,且通过铰链将所述叶片部件附接于所述套环,且所述连结板附接于相邻的叶片对上并在相邻的叶片对之间延伸,进一步包括首先在开启位置模制所述封盖,且所述叶片在某一角度向上延伸且彼此分离,且所述连结板展开并在分离的叶片之间延伸,且所述罩体处于开启位置;其后,在所述铰链是热的时候,向下枢轴转动所述叶片至一位置,在该位置,所述叶片在基本上平的表面内彼此相邻地延伸,且所述连结板在所述相邻的叶片之下折叠;关闭所述封盖罩体;并退火所述关闭的封盖及其关闭的罩体,以中断模制时的开启位置记忆,从而建立当产品没有由使用者通过所述封盖分发时关闭的封盖位置记忆。
9.如权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,包括将所述封盖作为整体的单件封盖进行模制。
