技术领域
本发明涉及汽车元件的背部照明,更具体地,涉及自动变速杆的背部照明。
背景技术
在本技术领域中公知要对自动变速杆,特别是自动变速杆的前盖,采取背部照明,以便汽车的驾驶者能够很容易地确定所换的档位。在现有技术中,有各种照明和发光指示器用于背部照明自动变速箱。例如,在本技术领域中公知使用照亮一序列的半透明或透明(translucent)符号的白炽灯来指示变速杆上的序列位置。还可以通过在每个符号下的独立的透明区域来提供附加的指示特征。在这样的系统中,发光二极管被限制在每一个集中透明部分中,并且当齿轮位置处于此透明区域上方时,该发光二极管照亮关联区域。
在本技术领域中同样公知的是,使用一系列发光二极管,放置在自动变速杆的每一个位置的符号下。在这个实例中,除了与变速杆位置关联的发光二极管外,其它的发光二极管都在低亮度下照明,而所述与变速杆位置关联的发光二极管被高亮度照明,以指示变速杆的位置。
现在技术设计中有几个缺点,包括:利用使用寿命一般比发光二极管类型的照明设备更短的白炽灯。同样,沿变速杆放置许多发光二极管器件的现有技术设计会导致照亮自动变速杆的成本很高。因此,本技术领域中存在对自动变速杆的光导向器的需求,该光导向器和当前现有技术器件相比具有更低的成本、更长的使用寿命和更高的能量效率。
发明内容
变速杆装置的光导向器包括一个具有顶部光透射面和底部反光面的发光部件。该发光部件还包括第一端和第二端,以及第一侧面和第二侧面。至少一个发光二极管与该发光部件形成一体。该发光二极管产生光用于背部照明所述变速杆装置。

具体实施方式
参考图1和图2,所示为本发明的变速杆装置8的光导向器5的优选实施例。光导向器5包括一个具有顶部光透射面15和底部反光面20的发光部件10。发光部件10包括彼此相隔开的第一端25和第二端30,以及彼此相隔开的第一侧面35和第二侧面40。至少一个发光二极管50与发光部件10整体成形,用于背部照明变速杆装置8。变速杆装置8优选包括一个容纳光导向器5的光容器18,如在图6中可以最清楚地看到的。
在相对的第一端25和第二端30之间布置的中心部件55优选包括限定光导向器5的光学或光透射区域的平面部分60。如上所述,发光部件10优选包括一个底部反光面20,该底部反光面可通过抛光底面或应用一反光层(例如反光纸)制成。底面20将二极管50发射的光向着顶部光透射面15反射,用于背部照明自动变速杆。
如上所述,以及如图2所示,所述至少一个发光二极管50与发光部件10整体成形。在一个优选实施例中,所述至少一个发光二极管50形成在发光部件10的第一端25上。在本发明的一个优选方面,发光部件10是由能够注塑的合适的光透射或透光材料制成的。合适的材料包括聚碳酸酯和莱克桑

参考图4,其示出了光导向器10的一个可选实施例,其中所述至少一个发光二极管50整体成形在发光部件10的第一端25和第二端30上。此外,在图5详细示出的另一个可选实施例,包括设置在发光部件10的第一侧面35或第二侧面40中任一侧面上的多个二极管50。应该理解的是,许多变形都可以被本发明所利用,包括在发光部件的两侧面和两端都布置二极管50。
返回图2,发光部件10的第一端25上优选有一个凸缘(flange)65。凸缘65的位置紧邻发光二极管50,并以一定角度向下延伸。凸缘65优选在其上包括一个张力消除部件70,用来向连接在所述至少一个二极管50上的导线75提供张力释放。如在图2中可以看到的,导线75沿凸缘65从二极管50延伸出,接触圆角脊80,并穿过狭槽85,其中圆角脊80和狭槽85构成了上述的张力消除部件70。在此方式下,可以防止导线75因为装配在变速杆装置8中的光导向器5的运动而从二极管50上断开。发光部件10的第一端25上也包括一个定位部件90,用于将发光部件10连接在上述变速杆装置8上,如在图6中可最好地看到的。定位部件90优选是设置在导线两侧的一对搭扣蝶片(snap tab)95,并可以咬接在变速杆装置8上形成的配合部件上。
发光部件10相对的第二端30上包括一个蝶片100,同样用来将发光部件10连接在变速杆装置8上。蝶片100优选咬接或锁入变速杆装置8上形成的狭槽或凹口28中,用于牢固地保持光导向器5,如在图6中可以最好地看到的。
在图1至图3所示的优选实施例中,一个单一的发光二极管50与发光部件10整体成形,用于背部照明变速杆装置8。与使用白炽灯的现有技术相比,这样的设计使用更少的能量,并且和现有技术相比具有更长的使用寿命。具有各种功率和颜色特性的任何合适的发光二极管都可以被本发明使用。在一个优选的方面,电阻大约180欧姆、X和Y方向的色度均近似为0.31的发光二极管可以被本发明使用。与从至少一个发光二极管50延伸出的导线75配合的连接件将二极管50耦接到电源,用于引亮二极管50。应该注意的是,本发明中可以使用各种类型的连接件,包括在发光部件10的第一端25整体成形的连接件。
已经以示例性的方式对本发明进行了说明。应该理解的是,使用的术语是用来进行描述的,而无意于对本发明进行限制。根据上述教导可能得到本发明的许多改进和变形。因此,在所附权利要求的范围内,本发明能够以不同于具体描述的其它形式来实践。

Claims (12)

1.一种用于变速杆装置的光导向器,其包括:
一片发光部件,该发光部件包括顶部光透射面、底部反光面、第一端和第二端、第一侧面和第二侧面;和
至少一个发光二极管,其与所述发光部件整体成形,用于背部照明所述变速杆装置;其中所述光导向器包括定位和固位部件,这些部件提供所述光导向器相对于所述变速杆装置的机械定位和连接;其中所述定位和固位部件是整体形成在所述第一端上的一对搭扣蝶片和形成在所述第二端上的一个蝶片,用来将所述发光部件连接在所述变速杆装置上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的光导向器,其中所述至少一个发光二极管在所述发光部件的第一端整体成形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的光导向器,其中所述至少一个发光二极管在所述发光部件的第二端整体成形。
4.根据权利要求1所述的光导向器,其中所述至少一个发光二极管在所述发光部件的第一端和第二端整体成形。
5.根据权利要求1所述的光导向器,其中所述至少一个发光二极管包括多个二极管。
6.根据权利要求5所述的光导向器,其中所述多个发光二极管设置在所述发光部件的第一侧面和第二侧面中的任一侧面上。
7.根据权利要求1所述的光导向器,其中所述发光部件的所述第一端上有一个凸缘。
8.根据权利要求7所述的光导向器,其中所述光导向器进一步包括在其上形成的张力消除部件,用来防止损坏连接在所述至少一个二极管上的导线,其中所述张力消除部件包括圆角脊和狭槽,用来适应所述光导向器相对于所述变速杆装置的运动。
9.一种用于自动变速杆装置的光导向器,包括:
一片发光部件,该发光部件具有顶部光透射面、底部反光面、第一端和第二端、第一侧面和第二侧面;和
至少一个发光二极管,其在所述发光部件的第一端和第二端上整体成形,用于背部照明所述变速杆装置;其中所述光导向器包括定位和固位部件,这些部件提供所述光导向器相对于所述变速杆装置的机械定位和连接;其中所述定位和固位部件是整体形成在所述第一端上的一对搭扣蝶片和形成在所述第二端上的一个蝶片,用来将所述发光部件连接在所述变速杆装置上。
10.一种变速杆装置包括:
一个光容器;
保持在所述光容器中的一片光导向器,所述光导向器包括一发光部件,该发光部件具有顶部光透射面、底部反光面、第一端和第二端、第一侧面和第二侧面;其中所述光导向器包括定位和固位部件,这些部件用于相对于所述光容器机械定位和连接所述光导向器;和
至少一个发光二极管,其和所述发光部件整体成形。
11.根据权利要求10所述的变速杆装置,其中所述发光部件的第二端上有一个蝶片,用来将所述发光部件连接在所述变速杆装置上。
12.根据权利要求10所述的变速杆装置,其中所述第一端上有一个整体成形的固位部件,用来将所述发光部件连接在所述变速杆装置上。
