Abstract
本发明提供一种手干燥装置,具有:产生高压气流的高压气流产生装置(2);喷出由该高压气流产生装置(2)产生的高压气流的喷嘴(4);干燥处理空间形成部,具有可插拔手的手插入部(3),并形成有通过从喷嘴(4)射出的高压气流对经由该手插入部(3)插入的手进行干燥处理的干燥处理空间(6);1~多个手检测装置(8),用于检测插入干燥处理空间的手的红外线发光元件以及红外线受光元件配设在干燥处理空间形成部的同一壁面上;根据手检测装置(8)的检测信号驱动控制高压气流产生装置(2),在干燥处理空间形成部的壁面中的至少与手检测装置(8)的红外线发光元件相对的部位,形成红外线的反射率小于手、吸收红外线的红外线吸收部(10),该手干燥装置可高精度地防止使用者以外的人靠近本体附近时的错误动作,同时,可以较宽地保持手检测范围。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及卫生地对洗净后的湿手进行干燥的手干燥装置,更详细地说是涉及可高精度地防止人靠近时的错误动作的手干燥装置。
背景技术
作为对洗净后的湿手进行干燥的装置,具有通过高速气流吹飞附着在手上的水滴、进行干燥的手干燥装置。该装置,在箱体中以凹状形态设置有作为处理空间的手插入部,在手插入部中设置有空气喷嘴。在空气喷嘴上连接有与高压气流产生装置相连接的空气管道,向手插入部内喷出高速气流。伴随着手的干燥处理在手干燥处理空间中被吹飞的水,从设置在手插入部的底部的排水口滴下到在手插入部的下方设置的排水容器而被收容。
在这样的手干燥装置中,通常在形成手干燥处理空间的壁面上设置由红外线发光元件、红外线受光元件构成的手检测装置,通过该手检测装置检测在手干燥处理空间中插入手,并根据其检测信号喷出高速气流。
作为红外线发光元件、红外线受光元件的配设方式,有如下的透过型检测方式,即,以与形成手干燥处理空间的例如正面侧壁面和背面侧壁面相对的方式配置红外线发光元件、红外线受光元件,通过遮断射向受光元件的光来检测手的有无,但是在这种透过型检测方式中,由于将红外线发光元件、红外线受光元件配置在不同的位置,因此本体的结构复杂化,具有送风路的压力损失增加、本体的成本增加的问题。
在专利文献1中公开了反射光检测型的手检测装置,在该装置中,在同一壁面上配设用于检测插入到手干燥处理空间中的手的红外线发光元件、红外线受光元件。在该专利文献1中,以瞄准吹出口的下方内侧的方式倾斜设置配设在同一壁面上的红外线发光元件、红外线受光元件,由此,限制手检测范围,即使使用者以外的人靠近本体附近也不会进行错误动作。

但是,在专利文献1所示的现有的手干燥装置中,几乎没有考虑红外线反射到形成干燥处理空间的壁面上的问题,因此,在形成干燥处理空间的壁面上乱反射、从本体射向外部的红外线变多,若使用者以外的人靠近本体附近,则发生受光部进行检测、开始动作的错误动作的可能性较高。
另外,在专利文献1中,为了消除人靠近本体附近时的错误动作,将用于比较手插入时的受光强度的基准值设定为高于人靠近本体附近时的值,但是由于较高地设定用于比较受光强度的基准值,所以手的检测范围变窄。
发明内容
本发明就是鉴于上述问题而提出的,以提供如下的一种手干燥装置为目的,该手干燥装置能够高精度地防止使用者以外的人靠近本体附近时的错误动作,同时能够较宽地保持手的检测范围。
为了解决上述课题、达到目的,本发明的手干燥装置具有:产生高压气流的高压气流产生装置;喷出通过该高压气流产生装置产生的高压气流的喷嘴;干燥处理空间形成部,该干燥处理空间形成部具有可插拔手的手插入部,并形成有通过从上述喷嘴射出的高压气流对经由该手插入部插入的手进行干燥处理的干燥处理空间;1~多个手检测装置,在该1~多个手检测装置中,用于检测插入上述干燥处理空间的手的红外线发光元件以及红外线受光元件配设在干燥处理空间形成部的同一壁面上;根据上述手检测装置的检测信号驱动控制上述高压气流产生装置,其特征在于,在上述干燥空间形成部的壁面中的至少与上述手检测装置的红外线发光元件相对的部位,形成红外线的反射率小于手、吸收红外线的红外线吸收部。
根据本发明,在与干燥空间形成部中的红外线发光元件相对的壁面上,形成有红外线的反射率小于手、用于吸收红外线的红外线吸收部,因此,从红外线发光元件射出的红外线,在设置于相对部位的红外线吸收部被基本吸收,所以,可高精度地防止由于使用者以外的人靠近本体附近时的红外线的乱反射而导致的错误动作。另外,如现有技术那样,由于不需要缩小手检测范围,因此,可以在使用中不停止运转地舒适地使用装置。

具体实施方式
下面,根据附图对本发明的手干燥装置的实施例进行详细地说明。另外,本实施例并不限定本发明。
实施例1
使用图1~图3对本发明的实施例1进行说明。图1是实施例1的手干燥装置的右侧剖视图,图2、图3是表示手检测装置的部分的俯视图。
如图1所示,该手干燥装置具有由形成背面外壳的基座5、形成正面外壳的正面面板7构成的本体箱体1。在本体箱体1的上部侧形成有作为手插入部3以及干燥处理空间6进行工作的凹状空间。凹状空间的两侧面开放,呈手可以插拔的开放槽状。
在本体箱体1内装入有高压气流产生装置2,由高压气流产生装置2产生的高压气流经由送风路6导入设置在手插入部3附近的正面侧壁面以及背面侧壁面上的空气喷嘴4。从这些空气喷嘴4向手插入部3内喷射高速空气流,将附着在放入手插入部3中的手上的水分吹飞到干燥处理空间6,在凹状空间的底部的带倾斜的水接受部收容吹飞的水,该收容的水通过倾斜下端的排水口12储存在排水容器14中。
在排水口12连接有用于输送水的排水管13。储存通过排水管13输送的水的开放容器结构的排水容器14,通过向前后方向插拔可拆装地进行设置。在排水容器14上设置有可拆下的盖。另外,排水容器14和盖通过具有耐化学性的PP或ABS树脂等制成,可以使用中性洗涤剂以及酒精等进行清洗、清扫。另外,在形成干燥处理空间6的壁面上,含有硅类或氟类等的疏水性涂层、或氧化钛等的具有亲水性的涂层、或抗菌剂,可以减轻污物附着在表面上或降低细菌的繁殖。
高压气流产生装置2通过DC无刷电动机(也可以是通常的整流电动机或感应电动机)、驱动其的驱动电路、通过DC无刷电动机而旋转的涡轮风扇构成,在本实施例中安装在手插入部3的正下方。17是送风机的吸入口,18是设置在箱体1的下方的空气取入口,空气取入口18能够通过可拆装的空气过滤器15吸入空气。
在形成干燥处理空间6的壁面的背面侧设置有手检测装置8,根据该手检测装置8的检测信号来检测经由手插入部3插入到干燥处理空间6中的手的有无。手检测装置8具有红外线发光元件20以及红外线受光元件19、搭载有红外线发光元件20以及红外线受光元件19的基板(未图示)、保持基板的保持架(未图示)、以及防止水滴等的浸入且可透过红外线信号的罩(未图示)。该手检测装置8,如图2或者图3所示,采用反射型的检测装置的结构,即,在同一壁面上配设有一组或多组红外线发光元件20以及红外线受光元件19,利用红外线受光元件19检测从红外线发光元件20输出的光在手21处反射后的光,以此检测手的有无。
手检测装置如图2所示,可以通过一组红外线发光元件20以及红外线受光元件19构成,或如图3所示通过多组红外线发光元件20以及红外线受光元件19构成,可以根据需要检测的范围决定配设个数。
红外线受光元件19的检测信号,输入到搭载有微型计算机的控制电路(未图示),控制电路将红外线受光元件19的检测信号和规定的基准值进行比较,如果检测值大于基准值,则判断手已经插入。控制电路在判断手已经插入的情况下,向高压气流产生装置2通电、从空气喷嘴4吹出高速气流、开始运转,若没有手的反射、红外线受光元件19的检测信号小于等于基准值,则停止运转。
在此,如图1~图3所示,在形成干燥处理空间6的内壁面中,在至少与手检测装置8的红外线发光元件20相对的部位,设置红外线的反射率小于手、吸收红外线的红外线吸收部10。在这种情况下,由于手检测装置8设置在形成干燥处理空间6的内壁面中的背面侧的内壁面,因此,红外线吸收部10设置在正面侧的内壁面。在图1的情况下,在高度不同的两个位置上设置红外线吸收部10,以与这两个位置相对的方式设置两个红外线发光元件20。在图1的情况下,在形成干燥处理空间6的内壁面中,仅在与红外线发光元件20相对的部位设置红外线吸收部10,但也可以在干燥处理空间6的整个内壁面上设置红外线吸收部10。另外,在图1的情况下,构成有一个手检测装置8和两个红外线吸收部10,但是根据需要也可以在干燥空间内在例如上下方向配置多个手检测装置。
红外线吸收部10,对红外线的反射率越小、对红外线的吸收率越大越好,例如,涂敷黑色等的浓度大的颜色材料,或者表面使用浓颜色的材料、材质。
在上述结构中,手未插入时来自红外线吸收部10的反射较小,在红外线受光元件19上几乎不输入红外线。在干燥处理空间6中插入手21时、红外线发光元件20的反射光在手21处反射,输入红外线受光元件19,搭载在控制电路中的微型计算机检测出有手的状态、开始运转。
在此,在使用者以外的人接近本体周边的情况下,在干燥处理空间6内的壁面上没有红外线吸收部10时,红外线发光元件20的红外线在干燥处理空间6内乱反射、向本体外部输出,该红外线有时反射到人、输入到红外线受光元件19、造成错误动作。另外,为了防止上述错误动作,如现有的技术那样,在较高地设定开始运转的基准值的情况下,由于需要较多的反射光量,因此手检测范围变窄。但是,如本实施例那样,在与红外线发光元件20相对的干燥处理空间6内的壁面上设置红外线吸收部10的情况下,几乎没有向外部输出的光,可以较低地设定运转的基准值、扩大手检测范围。
另外,在以往的手检测方式中有如下的方式,即,以与干燥处理空间的壁面相对的方式在不同的位置上配置红外线发光元件、红外线受光元件,通过遮断射向受光元件的光来检测手的有无、开始运转。在该方式中,在与干燥处理空间相对的壁面的本体正面侧和背面侧需要分别设置手检测装置。另外,为了获得良好的手检测,需要在喷嘴周边配置手检测装置。在进行上述配置的情况下,作为第一问题,为了获得开始运转的良好的检测位置,需要在封闭送风路的一部分的位置配置手检测装置,因此送风路的压力损失增加。作为第2问题,为了获得运转停止的良好的检测位置,需要在本体正面侧最上部配置手检测装置,因此,手插入位置变高,使用随意性变差。
这样的课题通过采用反射方式的手检测装置,可以在正面侧或背面侧某一方上集约配置手检测装置,因此可以简化送风路周边的结构、降低成本,同时,可以改善送风路的压力损失。另外,手检测装置8不需要配置在本体正面侧最上部11,如图1所示,可以配置在干燥处理空间6的内部附近,可以提高使用随意性。另外,如图3所示,通过增加红外线受光元件19以及红外线发光元件20的个数,即使在本体横向宽度变长的情况下,也可以将手检测范围形成在干燥处理空间6内。
在上述反射式中,在干燥处理空间6的正面侧壁面和背面侧壁面的距离宽的情况下(150mm左右),可以充分地获得手未插入时的壁面的红外线反射量和手插入时的手的反射量的差,因此,仅通过设置反射式的手检测装置即可,在上述壁面间的距离窄的情况下(40~100mm左右),由于不能够充分地获得手未插入时的壁面的红外线反射量和手插入时的手的反射量的差,因此,不能获得良好的检测敏感度。
该问题如上所述,通过在与红外线发光元件相对的部位设置反射率小于手的红外线吸收部10,即使是干燥处理空间6的距离小的手干燥装置,也可以获得良好的检测敏感度。
另外,为了提高手插入时的插入敏感度·使用随意性,正面侧面板7和干燥处理空间6的内壁面之间越薄越好,在手检测装置分别配置在正面侧、背面侧的情况下,由于正面侧手检测装置导致上述正面面板-内壁面之间变厚、使插入感·使用随意性变差,因此使用组合上述反射式的手检测装置8和红外线吸收部的手检测方式,由此可以在干燥处理空间背面侧集约配置手检测装置,可以获得良好的使用随意性。
图4表示实施例1的手干燥装置的变型例,在图4中,将手检测装置8配置在干燥处理空间6的正面侧的内壁面上。在这种情况下,由于将手检测装置8配置在干燥处理空间6的正面侧的内壁面,因此,红外线吸收部10设置在形成干燥处理空间6的内壁面中的背面侧的内壁面上。
实施例2
下面,按照图5对实施例2的手干燥装置进行说明。在该实施例2中,在干燥处理空间6内的背面侧配置由红外线发光元件20以及红外线受光元件19构成的手检测装置8,在与上述手检测装置8的红外线受光元件19相对的正面侧的位置上设置红外线发光元件9,通过内置于手检测装置8的红外线发光元件20以及红外线受光元件19的反射型的结构检测插入干燥处理空间6的手插入部3附近的手,通过红外线发光元件9以及红外线受光元件19的透过型的结构检测插入到干燥处理空间6的里侧的手。在红外线受光元件19处接受的来自红外线发光元件20以及红外线发光元件9的红外线A、B,可以通过进行适时控制或者波长识别等进行适当识别。
在这种情况下,具有如下的方式,即,通过遮断从手检测装置8的红外线发光元件20以及红外线发光元件9中的一个发出的红外线A、B来检测手,若将手插入到红外线B的地点,则向搭载在控制电路的微型计算机发送信号,高压气流产生装置2开始运转。另外,由于在手插入部3的附近设置红外线A,因此即使在手插入部3周边具有手的情况下也可以继续运转,同时,在没有手的情况下可以切实地停止运转。
这样,在实施例2中,通过反射型的红外线发光元件以及红外线受光元件、透过型的红外线发光元件以及红外线受光元件的协动,能够检测插入干燥处理空间6中的手,在与反射型的红外线发光元件相对的部位,设置上述红外线吸收部10。
另外,在图5的情况下,通过手检测装置8的红外线受光元件19一同接受从红外线发光元件20、9发出的红外线,但也可以在干燥处理空间6内的背面侧单独设置专门接受从红外线发光元件9发出的红外线的红外线受光元件。另外,在设置有手检测装置8的壁面侧(图5的情况下为背面侧)设置用于进行透过型检测的专用的红外线发光元件,可以在夹持干燥处理空间6的与该专用红外线发光元件相对的部位(在图5的情况下为正面侧),设置接受从该专用的红外线发光元件发出的红外线的红外线受光元件。
如上所述,本发明的手干燥装置对于如下的手干燥装置非常有用,这种手干燥装置具有通过红外线发光元件以及红外线受光元件对插入的手进行检测的手检测装置。
Claims (9)
1.一种手干燥装置,具有:
产生高压气流的高压气流产生装置,
喷出由该高压气流产生装置产生的高压气流的喷嘴,
干燥处理空间形成部,该干燥处理空间形成部具有可插拔手的手插入部,并形成有通过从上述喷嘴射出的高压气流对经由该手插入部插入的手进行干燥处理的干燥处理空间,
1~多个手检测装置,在该1~多个手检测装置中,用于检测插入上述干燥处理空间的手的红外线发光元件以及红外线受光元件配设在干燥处理空间形成部的同一壁面上;
根据上述手检测装置的检测信号驱动控制上述高压气流产生装置,其特征在于,
在上述干燥空间形成部的壁面中的至少与上述手检测装置的红外线发光元件相对的部位,形成红外线的反射率小于手、吸收红外线的红外线吸收部。
2.如权利要求1所述的手干燥装置,其特征在于,在干燥处理空间的背面侧集约配置上述手检测装置。
3.如权利要求1所述的手干燥装置,其特征在于,在红外线吸收部使用红外线的反射率大于手的颜色或材料。
4.如权利要求2所述的手干燥装置,其特征在于,在红外线吸收部使用红外线的反射率大于手的颜色或材料。
5.如权利要求1所述的手干燥装置,其特征在于,上述干燥处理空间的正面侧和背面侧的距离为40~100mm左右。
6.如权利要求2所述的手干燥装置,其特征在于,上述干燥处理空间的正面侧和背面侧的距离为40~100mm左右。
7.如权利要求3所述的手干燥装置,其特征在于,上述干燥处理空间的正面侧和背面侧的距离为40~100mm左右。
8.如权利要求4所述的手干燥装置,其特征在于,上述干燥处理空间的正面侧和背面侧的距离为40~100mm左右。
9.如权利要求1所述的手干燥装置,其特征在于,还具有夹持上述干燥处理空间相对的红外线发光元件以及/或红外线受光元件,通过该相对配置的红外线发光元件以及/或红外线受光元件和上述手检测装置的协动检测插入干燥处理空间中的手。
