背景技术
有许多触摸传感设备可用在计算机系统、个人数字助理、移动电话、游戏系统、音乐系统等(如电子系统)中。可能最为人知的是电阻膜片位置传感器,其多年来已被用作键盘和位置指示器。其他类型的触敏设备包括电阻型书写板,表面声波设备,基于电阻、电容的触摸传感器,应变计,电磁传感器或压力传感器,以及光学传感器。压力感应位置传感器作为定点设备(与数据输入或书写设备不同),过去几乎没有使用优点,这是因为使它们运行所需的压力固有地产生手指与传感器表面之间的静摩擦。该静摩擦在很大程度上妨碍了这些设备变得普及。

发明内容

Claims (41)

1、一种力和位置成像触摸板,包括:
第一层,在其第一表面上具有取向为第一方向的第一多个导电线路,在其第二表面上具有取向为第二方向的第二多个导电线路,所述第一多个导电线路被配置用于接收电激励信号,且所述第一多个导电线路和所述第二多个导电线路相互交叉以形成在每个交叉位置的、所述第一多个导电线路和所述第二多个导电线路之间的多个互电容传感器;
第二层,具有取向为第一方向的第三多个导电线路,所述第三多个导电线路被配置用于接收电激励信号,且所述第二多个导电线路和所述第三多个导电线路相互交叉以形成在每个交叉位置的、所述第二多个导电线路和所述第三多个导电线路之间的多个互电容传感器;
基底层;
第一可变形膜片,并置于第一层与第二层之间;以及
第二可变形膜片,并置于第二层与基底层之间,
其中在一个或更多个物体与第一表面紧挨时,第一多个导电线路和第二多个导电线路适于产生第一互电容图像,该第一互电容图像指示所述一个或更多个物体相对于第一表面所在的位置,
其中在对第一层施加力时,第二多个导电线路和第三多个导电线路适于产生第二互电容图像,该第二互电容图像指示所施加力的强度。

9、根据权利要求1所述的力和位置成像触摸板,其中第一可变形膜片包括第一多个可变形垫圈,第二可变形膜片包括第二多个可变形垫圈,第一多个可变形垫圈与第二多个可变形垫圈在空间上彼此偏移。
10、根据权利要求9所述的力和位置成像触摸板,其中可变形垫圈包括弹性体垫圈。
11、根据权利要求1所述的力和位置成像触摸板,其中第一多个升高结构和第二多个升高结构中的每一个包括一个或更多个热塑弹簧。
12、根据权利要求11所述的力和位置成像触摸板,其中热塑弹簧包括聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯。
13、根据权利要求1所述的力和位置成像触摸板,进一步包括电耦合到第一多个导电线路、第二多个导电线路和第三多个导电线路的互电容测量电路。
14、一种力和位置成像触摸板,包括:
第一表面,具有取向为第一方向的第一多个导电线路;
第二表面,具有取向为第二方向的第二多个导电线路,所述第一表面和第二表面彼此并置并彼此电绝缘,所述第一多个导电线路被配置用于接收电激励信号,且所述第一多个导电线路和所述第二多个导电线路相互交叉以形成在每个交叉位置的、所述第一多个导电线路和所述第二多个导电线路之间的多个互电容传感器;
第三表面,具有取向为第一方向的第三多个导电线路,所述第三多个导电线路被配置用于接收电激励信号,且所述第二多个导电线路和所述第三多个导电线路相互交叉以形成在每个交叉位置的、所述第二多个导电线路和所述第三多个导电线路之间的多个互电容传感器;以及
可变形膜片,在第二层与第三表面之间,
其中在一个或更多个物体紧挨第一表面时,第一多个导电线路和第二多个导电线路适于产生第一互电容图像,该第一互电容图像指示所述一个或更多个物体相对于第一表面所在的位置,

16、根据权利要求15所述的力和位置成像触摸板,其中公共层包括柔性电路板。

18、根据权利要求14所述的力和位置成像触摸板,其中第一多个导电线路和第二多个导电线路垂直。
19、根据权利要求14所述的力和位置成像触摸板,其中第三表面包括热塑树脂。
20、根据权利要求14所述的力和位置成像触摸板,其中可变形膜片包括:
平坦的膜片,具有取向朝向第一多个导电线路的第一表面以及取向朝向第三多个导电线路的第二表面;
第一多个升高结构,耦合到所述平坦的膜片的第一表面;以及
第二多个升高结构,耦合到所述平坦的膜片的第二表面,其中第二多个升高结构在空间上从第一多个升高结构偏移。
21、根据权利要求14所述的力和位置成像触摸板,其中可变形膜片包括:
平坦的膜片;以及
多个可变形垫圈,粘附到所述平坦的膜片的一个表面,其中在对第一层施加朝向第二层的力时,所述可变形垫圈适于压缩。
22、根据权利要求14所述的力和位置成像触摸板,其中可变形膜片包括有波纹的可变形膜片。
23、根据权利要求21所述的力和位置成像触摸板,其中可变形垫圈包括聚合物。
24、根据权利要求14所述的力和位置成像触摸板,其中可变形膜片包括一个或更多个热塑弹簧。
25、根据权利要求24所述的力和位置成像触摸板,其中热塑弹簧包括聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯。
26、根据权利要求14所述的力和位置成像触摸板,进一步包括互电容测量电路,电耦合到第一多个导电线路、第二多个导电线路和第三多个导电线路。
27、一种电子设备,包括:
处理单元;
显示单元,可操作地耦合到处理单元;
互电容测量电路,可操作地耦合到处理单元;以及
根据权利要求1和14之一的力和位置成像触摸板,可操作地耦合到互电容测量电路。
28、根据权利要求27所述的电子设备,其中所述电子设备包括计算机系统。
29、根据权利要求27所述的电子设备,其中所述电子设备包括移动电话。
30、根据权利要求27所述的电子设备,其中所述电子设备包括个人数字助理。
31、一种力和位置成像触摸板,包括:

可变形介电膜片,具有第一表面和第二表面,第一表面与第一层并置,第二表面具有取向为第一方向的第三多个导电线路,所述第三多个导电线路被配置用于接收电激励信号,且所述第二多个导电线路和所述第三多个导电线路相互交叉以形成在每个交叉位置的、所述第二多个导电线路和所述第三多个导电线路之间的多个互电容传感器;以及
基底层,与可变形介电膜片的第二表面并置,
