(图22)。如图所示联系人的姓名和电话号码位于该页的顶部。用户写出短消息并按下〈发送短信息>按钮538。网页通过在线手写识别技术将该信息转换成文本,并通过电话网的提供商将短消息发送给该电话。商业名片一个人的商业名片531可以用网页按钮打印。在图23中显示了一个例子。用户(商业名片的接收者)按下商业名片上的<呼叫>按钮540。电话控制应用程序使得用户最后选择的电话拨出商业名片上的电话号码。商业名片包括<发送号码>按钮539。当用户按下该按钮时,该电话号码发送到该用户的电话但不拨出该号码。这便于用户将该电话号码保存到他们的电话存储器里。另外,该号码还可以发送到其他合适的装置中,如个人档案夹。商业名片用户界面流程如图18所示。为清楚起见,通常显示在网页商业名片上的按钮没有示出,但是在本申请的共同审理中的申请PCT/AU00/01281中描述了这样的例子。相似地,打印的网页电话控制按钮能够打印在任何文档上,例如广告、电话目录等。作为替代的方案,电话号码信息可以直接插入商业名片或文档上的网页标签中。这种信息可以在笔中或由基站直接解释,并用于将控制命令从网页笔或基站直接传送给电话。电话远程控制件用两种类型的电话远程控制件,专用电话远程控制件526和多个电话远程控制件528。专用电话远程控制件和多个电话远程控制件通常都根据用户的需要打印。图27显示了专用电话远程控制件526的例子。多个电话远程控制件528的例子显示在图28中。远程控制装置的外观和功能取决于电话的类型、型号、制造商等。制造商可以提供自己的能够预打印的或根据用户的需要打印的网页远程控制件。当用户在多个电话远程控制件528上按下远程控制按钮时,电话控制应用程序为用户查找最后选择的电话。由多个电话远程控制件528 控制的电话由为用户最后选择的电话确定。这可以在在控制器上按下电话别名按钮550时设定。专用电话控制器526与单个用户电话相联系。因此,当用户按下特定电话控制器或多个电话控制器上的远程控制按钮时,就能得知电话别名,从而得到所需的用户电话。专用电话远程控制用户界面流程如图15所示。多个电话远程控制用户界面流程如图16所示。远程控制按钮与具有唯一的功能标识号(如电话型号的唯一性) 的远程控制功能510相关联。当用户调用远程控制功能510时,电话控制应用程序在制造商的数据库中查找电话型号512来査询所要求的功能标识号的电话功能514的控制码。然后将控制码传送给电话或电话网络的节点,或者使用控制码调用电话上的合适功能。另外,所要求的电话控制命令也可以嵌入在网页按钮的网页标签中。在这种情况下,应用程序不需要查找制造商的数据库。控制命令传送电话控制命令传送的方法根据电话能力和用户笔的不同而不同。不具备接收远程控制命令能力的电话能够通过电话网络的提供商连接到所请求的通话中。当用户使用网页控制按钮拨出电话时,电话控制应用程序将请求发送给网络提供商。用户电话响起,并且当用户接听电话时,网络提供商接通所请求的通话。合成语音信息可以告诉用户号码已拨出。用户可以立即挂断电话来取消呼叫请求或在拨出号码时保持连线。具有远程控制功能但没有无线控制界面的电话可以通过有线连接发出远程控制命令。如果网页打印机具有与电话(或PBX/PABX系统) 的直接有线连接,远程控制命令能够直接发送到电话上。如果没有直接连接到固定电话或者PBX/PABX上,电话控制应用程序可以通过电话网络的提供商发送远程控制命令。对于移动电话,控制命令能够通过该电话的移动电话网络的提供商传送。网页笔可以增加红外远程控制功能。如果该电话是红外线的,那么远程控制命令能够从网页笔直接发送到用户的电话上。另外,红外远程控制命令能够从网页打印机传送到电话上。远程控制命令能够通过一些其它无线连接例如蓝牙,从网页打印机或其它基站直接传送到电话上。当用户按下网页电话控制按钮时, 通过使用已存储的连接键就建立了蓝牙该电话的连接。电话控制应用程序确定适当的远程控制命令,而该命令被直接从打印机(或笔)发送到电话。 '用户电话列表图24所示的用户电话列表527主页面列出了被特定网页用户注册了远程控制件的电话。每个电话都注册了电话别名、电话类型、制造商(如果知道)、型号c如果知道)、电话号码以及注册日期和时间。要从列表中删除电话,使其不再注册有远程控制件,用户按<删除>按钮541。这将打印出一份更新的用户电话列表。要打印一个特定电话的远程控制件,用户按<打印控制件>按钮542。这将打印出一份特定于电话的控制页面526,图27显示了这样的一例。要打印多电话远程控制件,用户按<打印多电话控制件>按钮544。这将打印出一份多电话控制件页面528,图28显示这样的一例。要为一个新电话注册远程控制件,用户按<添加新电话>按钮543。这将打印出一份添加新电话表单532,如图25所示。图20显示了新电话设置用户界面流程。添加一个新电话可以使用添加新电话表单532 (图25)为新电话注册远程控制件。该表单是通过按用户电话列表页527 (图24)上的<添加新电话>按钮543打印出来的。添加新电话还可以从电话上发起。然后电话与网页打印机(或电话控制应用程序)通讯,使得打印出一份添加新电话表单532。如果要注册远程控制件的电话是"智能"电话,知道远程控制注册,则用户可在电话的用户界面上选择远程控制注册选项。电话(或电话系统)生成一个注册口令。该口令通常单独使用并且生命周期很短;例如可能30分钟有效。该口令被显示在电话的屏幕上,而用户手工将其转化为添加新电话表单532的适当字段。入口口令547 —旦提交到网页电话控制应用程序,随后就通过电话控制应用程序传回电话(或电话系统)。电话(或电话系统)使用口令对电话控制应用程序进行鉴权,亦即,电话(或电话系统)在提供的口令的基础上选择信任电话控制应用程序,因为作为名义上的电话所有者的用户已经通过向应用程序提供口令证明了其对电话控制应用程序的信任。电话上的远程控制注册选项自身可以是口令保护的,以防其它用户访问。如果电话不是"智能"的且不能生成口令,则用户可以调用一个远程控制注册服务。此服务提供自动语音响应系统或人工操作员。用户提供一些身份证明,以及关于要注册的电话的信息,就能得到一个注册口令。在添加新电话表单532上,用户为要添加的电话指定了一个电话别名545以及电话号码546。用户通过核选适当的复选框来指明该电话是固定电话,还是移动电话,或者PABX电话。用户通过核选"蓝牙"复选框或"IrDA"复选框来指明该电话是否能访问局域网络。最后用户输入从电话或注册服务得到的注册口令547。用户在表单上签名并按<添加电话>按钮。将打印出一份确认新电话详情页,如图26所示。如果可能,电话注册应用程序将从电话上获得制造商和型号信息。如果电话详情正确,用户按<呼叫电话>按钮548。所选电话将响铃一次以向用户确认这是正确的电话。然后用户按<确认>按钮549以结束电话注册。将打印出更新的电话列表527,如图24所示。 40如果电话是具备蓝牙功能的,则电话和网页设备(笔和打印机) 之间将发生蓝牙绑定过程,从而在网页设备向电话提供正确口令的基础上,在两设备之间建立了信任关系。在绑定过程期间,将生成一个连接键,该键被两设备存储或代表两设备,用于将来两设备之间的鉴权。图20显示了新电话设置用户界面的流程。总结上面参照优选实施例和一些特别的可选实施例对本发明进行了说明。但是,本领域技术人员可以理解,与这些特别说明的实施例不同的其它实施例也将落入本发明的精神和范围中。因此,可以理解本发明并不局限于本说明中的特定的实施例,包括通过适当的交叉引用结合的文档。本发明的范围仅受限于权利要求书。
