基于许多准则,消息可以定目标无线设备,这些准则包括用户属于的特定组(或注册的无线设备的用户)、期望连接到的应用程序下载服务器16或用户期望访问的特定文件。无线设备的所属人可以注册到系统10已知的特定组,例子有十几岁的未成年人、高尔夫爱好者、商人等。当无线设备12、18、20、22开始试图联系应用程序下载服务器16时,系统10可以使得特定消息目标是预定组成员的无线设备。组成员关系可以在无线设备12、18、20、22以及应用程序下载服务器16间的初始电子握手期间被自动标识,或系统10可以从应用程序下载服务器16或诸如消息服务器32的分开服务器提示无线设备12、18、20、22的最终用户,以指定特定的组,且一旦最终用户输入组标识数据,数据可以从提示服务器被接收(即在应用程序下载服务器16或消息服务器32或两者)。在该实施例中,无线设备的最终用户实际上可以确定组,这样定目标的消息更可能由其目的地组人群成员接收。且其他消息也可以基于消息触发时间的主题或环境而定目标,诸如在期望被访问的第二应用程序下载服务器上的主题,或期望被浏览的应用程序下载服务器16上的文件性质。
在如图4流程图内示出的系统10的操作中,诸如蜂窝电话12的无线设备首先尝试建立到无线网络14的连接,如步骤70示出,且一旦建立了到无线网络14的通信,无线设备尝试连接到应用程序下载服务器16以访问可下载软件应用或数据,如步骤72示出。然后判断是否从系统10接收到消息,如判决74示出。如果在判决74没有接收到消息,则无线设备简单地等待与应用程序下载服务器16进行全交互连接,并在无线设备(诸如蜂窝电话12)的图形显示器13上的应用程序下载服务器16的交互屏幕上显示。如果消息在判决74处被发送,则消息在无线设备12的图形显示器13上显示,如步骤76示出。
如果消息用超级链接体现,则无线设备12可以判断用户是否激活了超级链接,如判决78示出。如果用户激活了超级链接,则退出当前的交互对话,无线设备重新引导在链接站处的链接尝试,如步骤80示出,且无线设备尝试联系链接应用程序下载服务器,并回到步骤72。如果用户在判决78未激活链接,则判决无线设备是否获得应用程序下载服务器16交互,如判决82示出。如果没有获得交互,则消息继续在无线设备12的图形显示器13上显示,如过程回到步骤76。如果在判决82处获得应用程序下载服务器16交互,则应用程序下载服务器16交互屏幕在无线设备12的图形显示器13上显示,如步骤84示出,否则进入特定系统10提供的应用程序下载服务器16的不交互状态。
图5的流程图说明应用程序下载服务器16上的并行处理,该过程的发生是根据来自无线设备12的连接尝试,如图4示出。应用程序下载服务器16开始时接收来自无线设备(诸如蜂窝电话12)的通信,如步骤90示出,然后判决无线设备是否能显示消息,如判决92示出。判决可以基于与无线设备、无线网络14或无线设备容量上存储的数据直接交换的数据。如果无线设备12在判决92处不能显示消息,则应用程序下载服务器16发送实现必须的以及连接无线设备12和应用程序下载服务器16必须的数据,使得无线设备12能访问可下载应用程序。如果无线设备能在判决92处显示发送的消息,则判决无线设备12是否是预定组或人群的部分,如判决96示出。
如果在判决96处无线设备12不是预定组的部分,则一般消息被发送到无线设备,诸如一般广告,如步骤98示出。一般消息传输的发生可以来自应用程序下载服务器16或来自消息服务器32。否则,如果无线设备在判决96处是预定组的部分,则组特定消息被发送到无线设备12,如步骤100示出,或是从应用程序下载服务器16,或是从组特定消息服务器32。在或是步骤98处的一般消息或是步骤100处的组特定消息被发送到无线设备12,应用程序下载服务器16将可下载应用互连数据发送到无线设备12,使得无线设备12可浏览地访问应用程序下载服务器16的应用程序。
如果在浏览应用程序下载服务器16的数据结构时改变文件访问,系统10将消息发送到无线设备12、18、20、22,则一旦获得完全交互,则应用程序下载服务器16确定用户是否改变文件访问,如判决104示出。如果用户没有改变文件访问,则过程在104处重复判决,而用户浏览应用程序下载服务器16。如果用户在判决104处改变文件访问,则消息被发送到无线设备12、18、20、22,而文件访问改变,如步骤106示出,且应用程序下载服务器16再次确定用户是否在判决104处改变文件访问。在步骤106处发送的消息可以从应用程序下载服务器16或从分开的消息服务器32发送到无线设备。
系统10因此包括一方法,用于在无线设备12、18、20、22的图形显示器13、19、21、23上提供消息,该方法有以下步骤:尝试在无线网络14上从无线设备12、18、20、22到应用程序下载服务器16的通信,例如如果用户在原始连接尝试内发送的消息内激活超级连接则会发生的,将消息在无线网络14上发送到无线设备12、18、20、22,其中消息用于在无线设备12、18、20、22的图形显示器13、19、21、23上显示,在无线设备12、18、20、22的计算机平台50处接收发送的消息,并在无线设备12、18、20、22的图形显示器上显示发送的消息。且如果无线设备12、18、20、22是预定组的一部分,则方法还包括:当无线设备12、18、20、22尝试在无线网络14上与应用程序下载服务器16通信时,标识无线设备为其部分的组,将组特定消息发送到无线设备的计算机平台50,在无线设备12、18、20、22的计算机平台50上接收组特定消息,并在无线设备12、18、20、22的图形显示器13、19、21、23上显示组特定消息。
方法还可以包括将消息发送到无线设备12、18、20、22,而不是初始连接尝试,或消息可以次于在初始连接尝试时发送的消息。方法因此可以包括在无线网络14上尝试从无线设备12、18、20、22到第二应用程序下载服务器16的连接,在无线网络14上将第二消息发送到无线设备12、18、20、22的计算机平台50上,在无线设备12、18、20、22的计算机平台50上接收第二消息,并在无线设备12、18、20、22的图形显示器13、19、21、23上显示第二发送的消息。且如果无线设备12、18、20、22可以浏览应用程序下载服务器16的数据结构或文件结构,则方法可以包括从无线设备12、18、20、22与应用程序下载服务器16上的文件机构交互,尝试改变与应用程序下载服务器16上文件的交互,将第二消息在无线网络14上发送到无线设备12、18、20、22的计算机平台50上(或是从应用程序下载服务器16或是消息服务器32),在无线设备12、18、20、22的计算机平台50处接收第二消息,并在无线设备12、18、20、22的图形显示器13、19、21、23上显示第二发送的消息。
从在无线设备12、18、20、22的计算机平台上可执行的方法看来,本发明包括驻留在计算机可读媒质内的程序,其中程序引导带有计算机平台的无线设备实现方法。计算机可读媒质可以是蜂窝电话12的计算机平台50的存储器58,或是其他无线设备,或可以是在本地数据库内,诸如蜂窝电话12的本地数据库60。另外,计算机可读媒质可以在第二存储媒质内,该媒质可载入无线设备计算机平台,诸如磁盘或磁带、光盘、硬盘、闪存或其他领域内已知的存储媒质。
本发明还可以由无线网络14的操作部分实现,以执行机器可读指令序列,诸如无线平台50、应用程序下载服务器16以及消息服务器32。指令还可以驻留在各种类型的携带信号或数据存储主、第二或第三媒质内。媒质可以包括例如可由无线网络14的组件访问或可以驻留其内的RAM(未示出)。无论包含在RAM、磁盘或其他第二存储媒质内,指令可以被存储在各种机器可读数据存储媒质内,诸如DASD存储(例如常规的“硬驱动”或RAID阵列)、磁带、电子可读存储器(例如ROM、EPROM或EEPROM)、闪存卡、光存储设备(例如CD-ROM、WORM、DVD、数字光带)、纸考勤卡或其他适合的数据存储媒质,包括数字或模拟传输媒质。
虽然上述揭示示出本发明说明性实施例,值得注意的是可以进行各种改变或修改而不偏离本发明如权利要求书定义的范围。另外,虽然本发明的元件是以单数描述或声明的,除非特别显式声明,否则可以考虑复数情况。
Claims (9)
1.一系统,用于向与应用程序下载服务器通信的无线设备的图形显示器上提供消息,所述系统包括:
一个或多个无线设备,每个无线设备包括计算机平台以及其上的图形显示器,且每个无线设备与无线网络选择性地通信;以及
与无线网络选择性地通信的一个或多个应用程序下载服务器,且每个应用程序下载服务器选择性地与所述一个或多个无线设备通信并选择性地将数据下载到所述一个或多个无线设备,
其中在无线设备尝试在无线网络上与至少一个应用程序下载服务器通信后,所述系统在无线网络上将消息发送到所述无线设备的计算机平台上,且所述无线设备在其图形显示器上显示发送的消息;以及
在无线设备尝试在无线网络上与至少一个应用程序下载服务器通信后,在无线网络上将所述消息从第二服务器发送到所述无线设备。
2.如权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,所述消息由分量组成,其中至少一个分量从无线网络上的第二服务器发送到无线设备。
3.一系统,用于向与应用程序下载服务器通信的无线设备的图形显示器上提供消息,所述系统包括:
一个或多个无线设备,每个无线设备包括计算机平台以及其上的图形显示器,且每个无线设备与无线网络选择性地通信;以及
与无线网络选择性地通信的一个或多个应用程序下载服务器,且每个应用程序下载服务器选择性地与所述一个或多个无线设备通信并选择性地将数据下载到所述一个或多个无线设备,
其中在无线设备尝试在无线网络上与至少一个应用程序下载服务器通信后,所述系统在无线网络上将消息发送到所述无线设备的计算机平台上,且所述无线设备在其图形显示器上显示发送的消息;以及
在无线设备尝试在无线网络上与第二应用程序下载服务器通信后,所述系统在所述无线网络上将第二消息发送到所述无线设备的计算机平台,所述无线设备在其图形显示器上显示发送的第二消息。
4.一系统,用于向与应用程序下载服务器通信的无线设备的图形显示器上提供消息,所述系统包括:
一个或多个无线设备,每个无线设备包括计算机平台以及其上的图形显示器,且每个无线设备与无线网络选择性地通信;以及
与无线网络选择性地通信的一个或多个应用程序下载服务器,且每个应用程序下载服务器选择性地与所述一个或多个无线设备通信并选择性地将数据下载到所述一个或多个无线设备,
其中在无线设备尝试在无线网络上与至少一个应用程序下载服务器通信后,所述系统在无线网络上将消息发送到所述无线设备的计算机平台上,且所述无线设备在其图形显示器上显示发送的消息;以及
所述无线设备与至少一个应用程序下载服务器上的文件结构交互,且在无线设备尝试与在至少一个应用程序下载服务器上的文件交换交互之后,所述系统在所述无线网络上向所述无线设备的计算机平台发送第二消息,且所述无线设备在其图形显示器上显示发送的第二消息。
5.一方法,用于在无线设备的图形显示器上提供消息,所述无线设备包括计算机平台并在无线网络上选择性地连接到应用程序下载服务器,所述应用程序下载服务器选择性地将数据下载到所述无线设备,所述方法包括:
尝试在无线网络上进行从无线设备到应用程序下载服务器的通信;
在无线网络上将消息发送到无线设备,所述消息用于在无线设备的图形显示器上显示;
在所述无线设备的计算机平台上接收发送的消息;以及
在所述无线设备的图形显示器上显示发送的消息;
其中将消息在无线网络上发送到无线设备包括将消息从第二服务器在无线网络上发送到无线设备。
6.如权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于:
所述消息由分量组成;
将消息在无线网络上发送到无线设备的步骤包括:将消息分量在所述无线网络上从所述应用程序下载服务器发送到所述无线设备;将消息分量在所述无线网络上从第二服务器发送到无线设备;以及
所述方法还包括在无线设备的计算机平台处组装消息分量。
7.一方法,用于在无线设备的图形显示器上提供消息,所述无线设备包括计算机平台并在无线网络上选择性地连接到应用程序下载服务器,所述应用程序下载服务器选择性地将数据下载到所述无线设备,所述方法包括:
尝试在无线网络上进行从无线设备到应用程序下载服务器的通信;
在无线网络上将消息发送到所述无线设备,所述消息用于在无线设备的图形显示器上显示;
在所述无线设备的计算机平台上接收发送的消息;
在所述无线设备的图形显示器上显示发送的消息;
尝试在无线网络上进行从无线设备到第二应用程序下载服务器的通信;
在无线网络上将第二消息发送到所述无线设备;
在所述无线设备的计算机平台上接收所述第二消息;以及
在无线设备的图形显示器上显示发送的第二消息。
8.一方法,用于在无线设备的图形显示器上提供消息,所述无线设备包括计算机平台并在无线网络上选择性地连接到应用程序下载服务器,所述应用程序下载服务器选择性地将数据下载到所述无线设备,所述方法包括:
尝试在无线网络上进行从无线设备到应用程序下载服务器的通信;
在无线网络上将消息发送到所述无线设备,所述消息用于在无线设备的图形显示器上显示;
在所述无线设备的计算机平台上接收发送的消息;
在所述无线设备的图形显示器上显示发送的消息;
从所述无线设备与应用程序下载服务器上的文件结构交互;
尝试与应用程序下载服务器上的文件交换交互;
在无线设备的计算机平台处接收第二消息;以及
在无线设备的图形显示器上显示发送的第二消息。
9.一无线设备,包括计算机平台以及其上的图形显示器,所述无线设备在无线网络上与一个或多个应用程序下载服务器选择性地通信,每个应用程序下载服务器选择性地将数据下载到无线设备,且在无线设备尝试在无线网络上与至少一个应用程序下载服务器通信时,无线设备的计算机平台接收在无线网络上发送的消息,且无线设备在其图形显示器上显示发送的消息;
其特征在于,所述无线设备与所述至少一个应用程序下载服务器上的文件结构交互,在无线设备尝试改变与所述至少一个应用程序下载服务器上的文件结构的交互时,无线设备在计算机平台处接收所发送的第二消息,并且在无线设备的图形显示器上显示发送的第二消息。
