Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé de recombinaison in vivo de séquences d'ADN partiellement homologues présentant jusqu'à
30 % de mésappariements de bases. Selon sa caractéristique essentielle, on met en présence lesdites séquences dans des cellules ou un organisme dont le système enzymatique de réparation des mésappariements est défectueux ou a été inactivé transitoirement par saturation le temps d'obtenir la recombinaison entre lesdites séquences d'ADN ou tout autre mutant qui augmente la recombinaison intergénérique.
30 % de mésappariements de bases. Selon sa caractéristique essentielle, on met en présence lesdites séquences dans des cellules ou un organisme dont le système enzymatique de réparation des mésappariements est défectueux ou a été inactivé transitoirement par saturation le temps d'obtenir la recombinaison entre lesdites séquences d'ADN ou tout autre mutant qui augmente la recombinaison intergénérique.
