When Tom's Hardware Updated the Website (04/16/2008) it Broke this Gadget but you can use another (like 'Slim RSS Reader') and the sites xml RSS feed ....(http://www.tomshardware.com/feeds/atom/tom-s-hardware-us,18-1.xml) to do the Job

The feed hasn't been updated in 2 weeks. Even when it is working, half the time one of the items is an ad. Tom's Hardware, you are officially on notice!

As the other commenter mentioned, it is through some site called pheedo. They can't seem to correctly display the right items, either. The official Tom's Hardware feed is better.
