This Google gadget used to be all you needed, to keep an eye on Facebook notifications. Now, it just seems to display old, outdated postings, skips your most recent ones... it's just too unreliable to bother recommending.

From all gadgets I use on my igoogle page, FB is the most unstable one... (Tired of it...). Please guys, fix it for good, even if you have to follow more closely all FB updates... PLEASE...

My gadget show me my own posts, some quite old (I'm looking right now at two by me, two days old), instead of the new posts in my newsfeed. I can't find controls for changing that.

I deleted it and readded it, which corrected the error message. But, it isn't pulling in my FB newsfeed. It is pulling my recent status updates. Can't figure out how to fix that. Please correct this !!!!!

Yeah, I suspect Facebook changed a authentication protocol and Google, which is looking to shutter iGoogle, doesn't have any personnel on hand to fix the gadget. Pity, it was a good app. Please Google don't give up on iGoogle, many of its users are devoted to it, it gives us a "dashboard" we can't get anywhere else, with the same look and data extended to our smartphone, work desktop, tablet, and home laptop -- exactly what Google has been advocating for years.

This app used to be good, but now it's worse than useless. It keeps showing things in my news feed that are weeks old, and things I posted myself. Don't waste your time.

I thought I would add this gadget .. I disallowed it to post for me (duh) but wanted to see my news feed. so.. I went through the connect to facebook and turned on those options but nothing happens. I see lots of dissatisfaction, but should I at least see something?

It was quite a good gadget, then a few weeks it asked me for permission to add stuff, since then it has gone to shite, Its great if You only want to see posts that YOU posted last week, but for new updates its useless, worse than useless. why did you have to change it? Gobshits!!!
