used to be quite a handy dictionary, but recently this gadget has not been able to load, displaying "Information is temporarily unavailable"

As of 27 August 2008, this link is broken. I hope someone will fix it, tho for now I'm going to -- with regret -- delete the widget from my home page. I liked the dictionary and used it a lot. My only complaint (other than the dozens of ugly, distracting ads., of course), was that being able to enter only a single word, as opposed to a phrase, into the search enginge, was very limiting. Many times I needed to search for the Chinese equivalent of a two- or three-word phrase (or the U. S. American equivalent of a Mandarin phrase), and the word meant something different alone. So it was hard to make the definition algorithm work out of context. Hope this widget gets improved and replaced! Xie Xie!
Very convenient, but it fails to load once in awhile. Don't really know why.
