Thank you SO much for bringing back the little pond scenes. I was truly missing it and grieving its loss. Now that I can get it back again, life feels a little bit more complete (LOL). Thanks again for reading the feedback that your users/fans write here.

I had to pick up the pieces and move on after the Great Disappointment of the lost teahouse theme. My heart was lightened by the memory of my little friend and his lakeful environment.Today I checked just in case, and was so happy to find that the original was revived. I have saved it in my favorites to enjoy whenever. Thanks!

I note the negative comments to the new and revised Teahouse are still coming thick and fast, and still Google do not re-instate the old version. I think that tells us, the consumer, all we need to know in terms of what a big global organisation really thinks of its customers, and that is, we are totally irrelevant!

Why are you making me put up with something I DO NOT WANT???? If I wanted "new and improved" I would have asked for it!!!! I cannot see my fox and his life going on. It is a huge picture now, obscured by my gadgets. WHAT IS THE POINT THEN? ARE YOU ALL DRUNK? Please let me have what I had before, PLEASE!!! Why are you doing things no one has asked you to do? AAAAAARRRRRGGGGGHHHHH! Having the bottom half of the tea house chopped off is almost worse than no tea house at all. Google, this may seem very minor to you, but how difficult would it be to let us keep our tea house???? This is my all-time favorite home page.

I do not like the new tea house versions. I want my little tea house with the lagoon and the little guy busy swimming, doing the laundry, fishing, etc. with the change of time during the day and when he goes to bed on the front porch of his little house, and the dock. All the little creatures with him him and the fireflies that light up the night and the lanterns on his oriental tea house that shine in the dark. Why? Why? Why? I want the "regular" Tea House Theme back. I HATE the new one. Soon as the user puts stuff on their home page it covers up the artwork. HOW USELESS IS THAT?????? I liked the fox and turtle that were at the top. I'm delighted by them and very happy with their daily activities. YOU'VE TAKEN THEM AWAY AND RUINED MY GOOGLE EXPERIENCE. What's the point of making something that was just right go away and substituting something people don't like? Huh?

Please bring back the original teahouse and leave it alone. Obviously the people who choose it did do so because they liked the way it looked, didn't we make this clear the first time you tried to get rid of it. Why does Google feel they know what we want and change the way our personal page looks without warning?

There was no reason to change my beloved teahouse theme! I know Google wants to be cutting edge and big and powerful, but it is small things like the teahouse theme that make your big and powerful service friendly and usable. I know iGoogle is counting down to oblivion, though I'm not sure why, but if the whole thing is going the way of other nice things that are destroyed for no reason, then why make a forced change? Did you not know that some of us chose this theme because we are intelligent beings who have our own sense of aesthetics, our own desires, and our own likes and dislikes? Who was responsible for the change? Was this a top down decision that affects all themes? Are you trying to disengage us from our petty affections so that we will see the logic of your ways and merely use your service rather than embrace and look forward to it? I want my teahouse theme back, please. I like seeing the little fox on his daily adventures. The artwork at the top of my browser screen is as vital to me as your search bar and other services. this is why they make appliances with design and not merely function. Bring back our little fox, Google. He's cute.

I haven't tried the previous version yet I saw on websites. I like the lake better. And....well maybe it's only me. When I first saw the theme I thought: a lovely Chinese style tea house and I like it so much. But... I just figured out that it is designed to be Japanese style....well I don't mean one is good another is bad. Just....well you shouldn't mix the two together...they are kind of similar but totally different....

REALLY don't like the new Tea House theme. The plants look like french fries and the fox-shaped figure looming at the end of the garden is strange. I miss seeing Little Fox doing the laundry, having lunch, duck feeding, lanterns and lights around the pond at night... so disappointed!!

I will be abandoning my iGoogle home page, when do they finally i m p o s e the "new and improved" theme/appearance upon everyone. Some of us favour the "old" (or classic) look. It may just be a matter of taste, or any other number of reasons beyond that. I, for one, don't respond really well to attempts at having my decisions made for me. iGoogle was epic, just the way it was. That is why we all chose it, and why we feel strongly enough to offer comments such as these. They fixed it worse, is all... shame on iGoogle, but thanks for what you were (anyway)

I do not understand why you are changing the iGoogle Tea House theme. You say we have a choice and then you take away what we love. Cut it out already!!!! Let those who want to change their iGoogle theme do so. Let those of us who want it to stay the same, keep it. That is what CHOICE is. Enough with forcing your changes on us already.
