I can not believe this does not work anymore. Perhaps I will start using another browser also. The ease of being able to pull up my stock prices and click on news if I seen changes was great. NOW IT DON'T WORK!!

I do not beleive Google understood how valuable the Google Finance tool was to many of its users. I too will be looking for an alternative site.

This was an excellent gadget that was up for years. And there isn't an adequate replacement for what is obviously a useful gadget. How is it possible this violates anything when the DJIA is so widely reported.

Google - this is the best summary of the market indices. the only other I can find displays the charts which take up way too much room on the page and don't even provide the numbers!! Come on Google.

I was upset when this gadget stopped working and now I'm ticked off at Google for having the audacity to make Matt remove this. Mr. Kruse didn't even require payment for this gadget. Google is getting as bad as Apple in their greed. Shame on Google.

However, please also note that we work with a large number of data providers in Google Finance, and thus need to respect our relationships with them as well. Is there any chance you can make your gadget meet Google's requirements? I liked your feature that allowed me to look back at YTD, 1 year, 5 years, etc. None of the other available gadgets can do this. I miss your gadget!
