Americas Bullion Royalty Corp., formerly Gold Bullion Royalty Corp., is engaged in the business of exploring for and developing mineral resource deposits in the Yukon Territory, the State of Nevada. Its material properties are the Brewery Creek, Grew Creek, and Clear Creek Properties in Yukon. Its principal properties are located in Yukon and Nevada and the Company holds various additional property interests in Western Canada and the Western United States. As of February 29, 2012, it was focused on the exploration of its gold properties. As of February 29, 2012, the Company focused on exploration and development at the Brewery Creek Property in the Yukon. Its Yukon property consists of three advanced gold projects, as well as exploration landholdings consisting of approximately 1,200,000 acres (5,040 square kilometer). In February 2012, the Company entered into a purchase agreement with Alexco Resource Corp. for the acquisition of a 100% interest in the Brewery Creek Property.
