Salmon River Resources Ltd. is a Canada-based mineral exploration company, engaged in the business of evaluation, acquisition, exploration and development of mineral resource properties. The principal property of the Company is an iron-ore mineral property, referred to as the Treppo Grande Iron Ore Project, which is located in the State of Western Australia, Australia. The Project consists of five mineral tenements. The tenements comprise the material assets of a private Australian company. The Company has an option to acquire the Mt. Manning project located in the Yilgram region of Western Australia, approximately 210mkilometres northwest of Kalgoorlie. As of June 30, 2012, some of the projects of the Company include Mt. Manning, Western Australia; Barlee, Western Australia and Riverina, Western Australia.
