The Rank Group Plc (Rank) is a United Kingdom-based company gaming-based entertainment company. The Company is engaged in operating gaming and betting services in Great Britain (including the Channel Islands), Spain and Belgium and provides business services to gaming operators. Rank operates in the United Kingdom and Continental Europe. The areas of operation are principally the operation of bingo clubs, casinos and online gaming and bookmaking services. Its segments include Mecca Bingo, Top Rank Espana, Grosvenor Casinos and Rank Interactive. Mecca Bingo operates clubs under the Mecca Bingo brand in Great Britain. Top Rank Espana operates 11 bingo clubs in Spain. In April 2013, Rank Group PLC completed the sale of the assets of its Blue Square Bet business to Betfair Group plc.
