Essential Energy Services Ltd. is a Canada-based company. The Company operates the coil well servicing fleet in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin (WCSB). There are three distinct types of operations within Essential�s coil well service operation: deep coil tubing, other coil tubing and pumpers. Deep coil tubing includes both masted and conventional coil tubing rigs that have a depth capacity of up to 6,600 meters. The deep coil tubing rigs provide completion, stimulation and work-over services on long reach horizontal wells. Other coil tubing include shallow/intermediate conventional coil tubing rigs that have a depth capacity of up to 2,500 meters. These rigs primarily provide work-over services on existing wells. The coil tubing rigs are supported by a fleet of nitrogen pumpers and fluid pumpers. The pumpers provide circulation through coil tubing. On February 2, 2012, Essential sold its electric wireline assets to Welltec Canada Inc.
