Windflow Technology Limited (Windflow) is a wind turbine design and assembly company. The Company�s business includes wind turbine manufacturing; engineering design research and development; production engineering, and wind farm development, operations and maintenance. The Company�s technologies include Torque Limiting Gearbox (TLG) and Teeter-Control System (TCS). The Company has its operations at New Zealand and North America. The Company operates in two segments: Corporate Segment and the Licensing Segment. The Corporate Segment involves the development, manufacture and sale of wind turbines and spares for wind turbines. Licensing Segment derives revenue from licensing agreements with other manufacturers of wind turbines. On February 17, 2012, Windflow signed an agreement with GD SATCOM, to license its Windflow 500 turbine for manufacture and sale into North and South America, Africa, and the United States territories and military bases worldwide.
