Vilniaus Baldai AB (Vilniaus baldai JSC), formerly Vilniaus baldu kombinatas AB, is a Lithuania-based company, which is involved in the design, production and sale of furniture. The Company's products include office, bedroom, sitting room, hall and youth room furniture. Vilniaus Baldai AB produces furniture made of particleboard using the honeycomb filling technology. The Company mainly manufactures different types of furniture, finished on HDF (high density fiberboard), minor portion of the production includes the furniture made of laminated wood particle boards. It operates through one wholly-owned subsidiary, ARI-LUX UAB. The Company�s major customer in 2012 was IKEA. As of December 31, 2012, the Company�s major shareholder was Invalda AB with a stake of 72.14%.
