Upper Canyon Minerals Corp. is a junior mining exploration company. The Company is engaged in the business of acquisition and exploration of mineral properties in Canada. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had an interest in the Brosner-Louvicourt Gold property in Quebec, Canada. The Company has 100% interest in 18 mining claims in the Brosnor-Louvicourt Claims situated in the Louvicourt Township, Quebec, Canada. The Brosnor-Louvicourt property contains two gold zones, namely the Adelemont and the Norcourt, approximately 300 meters apart. The Brosner-Louvicourt Gold property is consisted of 18 claims totaling approximately 922.8 hectares. The Brosnor property is located in the Province of Quebec, some 30 kilometers east of the town of Val d�Or, Abitibi, close to the junction between provincial highway 117, leading west to Val d�Or and road 113, leading north to Senneterre.
