IMPERIAL HOTEL, LTD. is primarily engaged in the hotel business. The Company operates in two business segments. The Hotel segment is engaged in the operation and management of hotels, beverage facilities, community hotels, restaurants, training facilities and parking lots. This segment is also involved in the provision of hotel-related services and passenger transportation services, the marketing and sales activities in North America, the production and sale of prepared food, as well as the provision of banquet services. The Real Estate segment is engaged in the management and cleaning of real estate, as well as the leasing and operation of real estate. As of March 31, 2012, the Company had four subsidiaries and two associated companies.
