Nippon Television Holdings, Inc., formerly Nippon Television Network Corporation, is a Japan-based company with three business segments. The Content Business segment is engaged in the sale of television advertising spots, the licensing of program contents, the production and publication of films, the organizing of events, mail order business and the issuance and sale of publications, among others. The Real Estate Leasing segment leases offices and commercial tenants and land. The Others segment is engaged in the operation of stores, the insurance agency business, the development and operation of information systems, the manpower dispatching business, as well as the heat supplying business. On October 1, 2012, the Company merged with two other companies, and it became a holding company.
