Description

NTT URBAN DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the real estate business. The Company has three business segments. The Real Estate Leasing segment leases office buildings located in Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka, Hiroshima, Fukuoka and Sapporo, commercial facilities located in Tokyo, Osaka, Hiroshima and Fukuoka, and rental condominiums located in Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka, Fukuoka and Sapporo, among others. The Allotment Sale segment is engaged in the allotment sale of housing, principally condominiums. Its condominiums are available under the series name WELLITH. The Others segment is engaged in the management of office buildings, the supply of air conditioning services and the construction of leasing buildings, as well as the operation of restaurants, which are attached to office buildings. As of March 31, 2012, the Company had 11 consolidated subsidiaries and six associated companies.
