Daiko Clearing Services Corporation is a Japan-based company engaged in the provision of securities-related services. The Company operates in four business segments. The Back-office segment is engaged in the opening of accounts, the management and delivery of important files, the planning of securities affairs, the support for audit activities, the production and delivery of trade reports, as well as the provision of manpower dispatching and payroll accounting services. The Information Technology segment provides securities back office systems and business supports. The Securities segment provides trading and clearance services for securities, as well as money loans. The Financial segment is involved in the lending of money secured by securities. As of March 31, 2012, the Company had three subsidiaries and one affiliated company. On July 31, 2012, the Company purchased a 79.0% stake of FUJISOFT KCS Co., Ltd.
