Description
ARRK CORPORATION is mainly engaged in the provision of support services for molds. The Development Supports segment is engaged in the planning, design and modeling, as well as the manufacture and sale of consumer products, such as home appliances, and communication equipment, for automobile and electrical appliance-related manufacturers. The Molds Supports segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of molds and molded articles, for automobile and electrical appliance-related manufacturers. On February 29, 2012, it sold 90% stake of a subsidiary. On May 20, 2012, it sold a 36.50% stake of a Shanghai-based subsidiary. On August 20, 2012, it sold Sekisui Machinery Co., Ltd. On January 1, 2013, it transferred 100% stakes in ARRK Automotive GmbH, ARRK Zimmermann GmbH & Co. KG and Shapers' Deutschland GmbH. In late January 2013, it sold 100% stakes in Plakor Co., Ltd., Plakor Czech s.r.o, Najeon Co., Ltd., Kunshan ARRK Shangent Mold Co., Ltd. and Kunshan Chem Tech Electronics Co., Ltd.
