Description
Ishii Iron Works Co., Ltd. is a company mainly engaged in the steel structure, gas and real estate businesses. The Company operates in three business segments. The Steel Structure segment designs, manufactures, installs and tests several types of products, such as storage tanks, including atmospheric pressure tanks, high pressure tanks and cryogenic tanks; environmental devices, including desulfurization equipment and gas-fired equipment; steel structures, including steel frames and steel chimney; chemical facilities, including heat exchanger equipment and boilers; pools, including swimming pools and tile pools, among others. The Real Estate segment leases real estate properties. The Gas segment manufactures and sells various high-pressure gases, such as oxygen and nitrogen, and inspects gas cylinders. On March 31, 2012, the Company stopped its gas business.
