Eikoh Holdings Inc. is a holding company mainly engaged in the educational business. The Education segment is engaged in the operation of cram schools, language schools and culture centers, the provision of professional education and childcare services. The Educational Solution segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of texts for cram schools and language schools, the sale of business supplies and office automation (OA) equipment, among others, the agency of advertising, as well as the manpower dispatching business. The Others segment is involved in the agency and trade of real estate, the maintenance, repair and management of classrooms, the printing of texts, advertising items, paperwork and manuals, as well as the greening and cleaning of educational facilities. On January 1, 2012, it acquired the administration division and affiliated administration division of Eikoh Inc. On April 1, 2012, it took over the asset management division of Tokyo-based subsidiary.
