DANTO HOLDINGS CORPORATION is a Japanese holding company. The Company is engaged in the planning of group business strategy, the optimal dispatching of group sources, the monitoring of group operation, the public and investor relation (IR) affairs, as well as the management of the whole group, among others. Through its subsidiaries, the Company is mainly engaged in the manufacturing and sale of ceramics and related products for the construction of living room, kitchen, dining room, bath, toilet, front door, outside, entrance and lobby of detached and collective housing, as well as inside and outside of commercial, public and business facilities. The Company is also involved in the investment business and the real estate leasing business. On January 7, 2013, the Company merged two subsidiaries, which were engaged in the sales and engineering business of porcelain.
