The Service Development segment is engaged in the development and provision of built-in application software for mobile equipment, especially for mobile phones, as well as the provision of application services. The Contents segment provides various information services, such as distribution of contents for mobile terminals including mobile phones. The System Consulting segment is engaged in the support of information businesses including content distribution, mobile electronic commerce (EC) services and communication services. This segment's services include business strategy proposal, business model construction, system development and operation support, as well as marketing support services. As of July 31, 2012, the Company had four consolidated subsidiaries.
