Keyware Solutions Inc. is a company mainly engaged in the development of computer software. The Company operates in three business segments. The System Development segment is involved in the system integration business for public office, reporting, telecommunications and finance; the network system development business including the management and operation of network, and the analysis of data. The Total Service segment is engaged in the system integration business, the information and technology (IT) service business, and the support service business, which include the plan, construction, installation, operation and maintenance of systems. The Others segment is engaged in the sale of hardware, software and other computer supplies, as well as the customization and sale of its own brand packaged software. On April 1, 2012, the Company merged with its Tokyo-based wholly owned subsidiary, which is mainly engaged in the shared services, calculation and accounting agency businesses.
