On March 1, 2012, the Company acquired 1,800 shares (100.0% stake) of LE MONDE DES GOURMET INC. from World Co., Ltd. On September 5, 2012, the Company became a subsidiary of a company engaged in the acquisition, holding and dealing of stocks and securities. On April 30, 2013, the Company acquired a Japan-based company, engaged in restaurant operation.
