HONEYS. CO., LTD. is a Japan-based company engaged in the planning, sale and manufacture of lady's wear and accessories. The Company offers its products under the brands named CINEMA CLUB, GLACIER, COLZA and Comfort Basic through specialty retail stores located in suburban shopping malls and station buildings, as well as online shopping site http://www.honeys-onlineshop.com. Its products include pullovers, blouses, pantskirts, skirts, ensembles and skinnies, among others. As of May 31, 2012, it had 834 directly-owned stores in Japan, as well as 361 directly-owned stores and 29 franchised stores in China. On February 1, 2013, the Company established a wholly owned subsidiary, which is engaged in building cleaning business and product management business in logistics center.
