Description
NEC Networks & System Integration Corporation is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the provision of system integration services. The Company is involved in the provision of planning, consulting, design, construction, operation and monitor, and outsourcing and cloud services, as well as the manufacture and sale of network communication equipment. As of March 31, 2012, the Company had 14 consolidated subsidiaries. On April 1, 2013, the Company acquired the system engineering business including area research, designing, optimization, installation, testing and maintenance for telecommunication base from NEC Mobiling Ltd.
