Winpak Ltd. Is a Canada-based company engaged in the manufacture and sale of packaging materials and the production of related packaging machines. The Company utilizes manufacturing technology focused on conversion of plastic and aluminum foil materials. The business encompasses three product groups produced in 10 manufacturing facilities located in North America. Winpak distributes products to customers primarily in North America for the protection of perishable foods, beverages and in health care applications. Winpak specializes in manufacturing of coextruded blown and cast films. Winpak also serves customers by providing, converting capabilities, which include printing, laminating, pouch and bag making, and precision slitting.
