Torex Gold Resources Inc, formerly Gleichen Resources Ltd., is a development-stage company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral property interests. The Company focuses on the Morelos Gold Project. It holds 100% interest in the Morelos Gold Project in Mexico. The Morelos Gold Project is an advanced-stage gold exploration property located in the Guerrero Gold Belt in southern Mexico approximately 180 kilometers to the southwest of Mexico City. The project consists of seven claims, totaling approximately 29,006 hectares. The Morelos Gold Project consists of three gold-enriched skarn deposits and a number of other prospects. Total drilling during the fiscal year ended October 31, 2011 totalled approximately 62,000 metres.
