TeraGo Inc. (TeraGo) is a wireless broadband communications service provider to businesses in Canada. The Company owns and operates a carrier-grade, fixed wireless, Internet protocol (IP) communications network in Canada targeting small to medium-sized businesses that require broadband Internet, data connectivity and voice services. TeraGo owns and controls wireless networks that aggregate customer data traffic and interconnect with intercity fiber-optic facilities. Its wireless broadband network provides uploading and downloading speeds of 1.5 megabytes per second to 100 megabytes per second. It is a provider of facilities-based backhaul services to Canadian wireless carriers. As of December 31, 2011, it provided services to 6,278 customer locations across 46 geographic markets. TeraGo�s wholly-owned subsidiary is TeraGo Networks Inc (TNI). On January 1, 2012, TeraGo�s wholly-owned subsidiaries, National Online Inc. (National) and TNI, completed a short-form horizontal amalgamation.
