Effective January 1, 2011, the Company�s segments included Canada, the United States, and International. The Company�s segments are aggregated into the Consulting Services segment. Its services are offered through more than 170 locations in North America and four locations internationally. On September 2, 2011, Stantec acquired Bonestroo Inc. and Bonestroo Services, LLC (Bonestroo). On October 1, 2011, the Company acquired all the shares and business of FSC Architects and Engineers (FSC). On October 28, 2011, the Company acquired all the shares and business of ENTRAN, Inc.
