Description

Silver Wheaton Corp. is a Canada-based mining company which generates its revenue primarily from the sale of silver and gold. As of June 30, 2014, the Company has entered into 20 long-term purchase agreements and one early deposit long-term purchase agreement associated with silver and/or gold relating to 24 different mining assets, whereby Silver Wheaton acquires silver and gold production from the counterparties for a per ounce cash payment. The company’s growth is driven by a portfolio of world-class assets, including precious metal and gold streams on Hudbay’s Constancia project and Vale’s Salobo and Sudbury mines.
