Description

Secure Energy Services Inc. (Secure) is a Canada-based diversified energy services company. The Company operates in three divisions: Processing, Recovery and Disposal, On-Site Services and Drilling Services. It adds the On-Site Services division with the acquisition of Frontline Integrated Services in April, 2013. It completes two standalone water disposal facilities in North Dakota: Stanley and Keene in November, 2013. The processing, recovery and disposal division (the PRD) assists upstream oil and natural gas companies operating in the WCSB and North Dakota with the treatment and sale of crude oil and the processing, treatment, recycling and disposal of the by-products associated with oil and natural gas development and production. The drilling fluids and drilling fluid systems that are designed for more complex wells, such as medium services division (DS) specializes in the development and supply of drilling to deep wells, horizontal wells and horizontal SAGD wells.
