ShawCor Ltd. (ShawCor) is a global energy services company. The Company operates in two segments: Pipeline and Pipe Services and Petrochemical and Industrial. The Company operates eight divisions with over 75 manufacturing and service facilities located around the world. ShawCor provides a range of products and services, which include pipe coating services, flexible composite pipe, onshore and offshore pipeline corrosion and thermal protection, ultrasonic and radiographic inspection services, tubular management services, heat-shrinkable polymer tubing and control and instrumentation wire and cable. On October 24, 2012, the Company acquired the remaining 60% of Fineglade Limited (Fineglade). In April 2013, its Socotherm division completed the acquisition of the 49% interest in Socotherm LaBarge LLC.
