Romarco Minerals Inc. (Romarco) is an exploration and development stage mining company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of precious metals mineral properties. The Company�s principal property is the Haile Gold Mine Project (Haile) in South Carolina. The Haile property site is located three miles (4.8 kilometers) northeast of the town of Kershaw in southern Lancaster County, South Carolina. The Company owns approximately 10,156 acres (4,110 hectares) in fee simple including approximately 3,295 acres (1,333 hectares) for regional properties. In addition it has a 100% leasehold/option interest in an additional 1,074 acres (435 hectares). The Company has a 2.5% net smelter royalty associated with approximately 610 acres (247 hectares) of the leased property.
