Pason Systems Inc. (Pason) is an international oil services company. Pason provides instrumentation systems for rent or sale to land-based and offshore drilling operations in the oil and gas industry. Pason�s customers include oil and gas companies (Operators) and drilling contractors (Contractors) globally. Pason�s products provide a package of complex services, including data acquisition, well site reporting, remote communications, and Internet information management tools. The Pason Electronic Drilling Recorder (EDR) provides a system of drilling data acquisition, data networking, and drilling management tools and reports at both the wellsite and customer offices. The pit volume totalizer (PVT) is used to monitor mud tank levels and mud flow rate out of the wellbore to detect and warn rig crews of impending kicks resulting from gas or fluids entering the wellbore while drilling. Pason�s communications rental revenue is derived from the Company�s automatic aiming satellite system.
