Description
ProSep Inc. (ProSep) designs, develops, manufactures and commercializes technologies to separate oil, water and gas generated by oil and gas production. The Company is a technology-focused process solutions provider to the upstream oil and gas (O&G) industry. ProSep offers a range of process equipment sold in units or packages to O&G producers and engineering procurement and construction firms, with or without process warranties. ProSep provides in-house engineering from process to details and is involved in project management and execution, including fabrication, assembly, commissioning and value-added services. ProSep operates around the world in the O&G service hubs with operations in Houston (the United States of America), Haugesund (Norway), Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), Dubai and Seoul (South Korea). In April 2013, the Company announced sale of its 51% investment in ProSep Kolon Company Ltd.
