Pacific Exploration & Production Corporation, formerly Pacific Rubiales Energy Corp., is engaged in exploration, development and production of crude oil and natural gas in Colombia and Peru. The Company also has assets in Guatemala, Brazil, Guyana and Belize. It holds indirect interests in hydrocarbon properties in Colombia through contracts with Ecopetrol, S.A. and Agencia Nacional de Hidrocarburos. Its operating pipelines include The ODL Pipeline, The OAM Pipeline, The OGD Pipeline, The ODC Pipeline, Bicentenario Pipeline, Monterrey-Araguaney Pipeline, Cano Limon-Covenas Pipeline and OTA Pipeline. It holds interest in Rubiales and Piriri blocks in the Rubiales Field, which is located in the Llanos Basin, over 290 miles from Bogota; Quifa block, which covers over 226,000 acres, and La Creciente natural gas field, which is a property covering over 27,000 acres and located in the Lower Magdalena Basin. The Company's interests in Peru, include Block Z-1, Block 131 and Block 192.
