On January 16, 2012, Premier sold its interest in the Newman-Madsen property in Red Lake to Sabina Silver Corporation. In May 2013, Premier Gold Mines Ltd acquired Broulan Reef property, a Red Lake-based gold mining property, from Cypress Development Corp and Skyharbour Resources Ltd.
