Mood Media Corporation (Mood Media) operates an international in-store media and music retail business. It is managed as two divisions: an In-Store Media division (consisting of Mood Media Group S.A., Mood Media North America, Ltd, Muzak Holdings LLC and DMX Holdings, Inc.), and a Retail Point-of-Purchase division (consisting of Mood Entertainment). The In-Store Media division provides multi-sensory in-store media and marketing solutions to a range of customer-facing businesses in the retail, financial services, hospitality, leisure and restaurant industries. Mood Entertainment is the North American producer and distributor of specialty music sold through non-traditional retailers using interactive displays. On March 20, 2012, it acquired DMX Holdings, Inc. In June 2012, it acquired BIS Group. In October 2012, its subsidiary, Muzak, LLC acquired assets of one of its franchisees. In December 2012, it acquired the assets of Technomedia Solutions and sister company, GoConvergence.
