Mega Uranium Ltd. (Mega) is an exploration and development stage mineral resources company with a focus on uranium properties in Australia, Cameroon and Canada. Mega is in the process of exploring its mineral properties. Mega�s principal properties are located in Australia, where the Company has uranium resource projects and interests in exploration properties covering approximately 5,800 square kilometers of ground in Queensland, Southern Australia, the Northern Territory and Western Australia. Its uranium resources are located at the Company�s Lake Maitland, Ben Lomond and Georgetown (Maureen) Projects. Its material mineral projects are the Ben Lomond Project, the Georgetown Project and the Lake Maitland Project, all of which are located in Australia. Mega owns 100% of the Lake Maitland Project and operates the project through Mega Redport Pty Ltd and its wholly owned subsidiary, Redport Exploration Pty Ltd. On February 23, 2012, Titan Uranium Inc sold its Canadian assets to Mega.
