Description

Leisureworld Senior Care Corporation (Leisureworld) is a licensed long-term care (LTC) provider in the Province of Ontario.It operates in three segments: LTC Homes, Retirement and Independent Living Residences, and Preferred Health Care Services (PHCS). Leisureworld´┐Żs LTC portfolio consists of New homes within the Class A category. Leisureworld owns and operates a retirement residences (RR) consisting of 29 suites that adjoins the Muskoka LTC home, and one living residence (IL) residence comprising 53 apartments. PHCS offers services, which include homemaking and personal support services, private nursing services, foot care, education and training, and relief staffing. In November 2013, Leisureworld Senior Care Corp completed its acquisition of 10 properties in Ontario consisting of six long-term care homes, two retirement residences and two properties containing both LTC and retirement residences components.
